Pizzeria Arboris Belli In Alberobello

29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. 26/05/2025: As soon as we arrived in Bitonto, we booked at this restaurant without having the slightest idea of ​​what to expect. It was an exceptional discovery: we liked it so much that, as soon as we finished dinner, we decided to return the following evening. Raw materials of the highest quality, dishes with authentic and surprising flavors, service with attention to the smallest details and absolutely fair prices.
