Lot of vegan options, very friendly service

Local a few steps from the main square. Very simple and essential place. The menu is very extensive, offering typical dishes of Friulian cuisine, meat main courses but also some fish dishes. They also have vegan options: both single dishes and pizza with plant-based “mozzarella” (taken from our friends). We tried the pumpkin gnocchi with smoked ricotta, butter and sage and they didn't taste like pumpkin and were in a butter broth. And finally a coffee. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back.

Fast and precise. Good food both for the restaurant and for the pizza. Tagliatelle with game ragout, vegetable pizza, coke, beer, coffee, sambuca €33. Better than this

I have been frequenting this beautiful place for years now, and I recommend it every time (but only if you want to eat well, in a welcoming environment, and with friendly restaurateurs). 4 of us ate (and spent around 100 in total).

Excellent food, welcoming, clean, fairly honest prices. Everything is beautiful but you can feel sadness in the air, unfortunately the owner has definitively decided to close the restaurant and riff off the place into B&B apartments. In my opinion he has no sense of responsibility, both for his employees who lose their jobs and for guests. A restaurant with such a quality/price ratio does not exist in Cividale.

Excellent pizzeria/restaurant, it's a shame the staff doesn't welcome the customer with a smile, if the staff is upset they'll change jobs (I think it was the owner) this is a job that doesn't allow long faces! However, as a partially impartial person, I have to say that it is a nice place, the pizza is really good (for me but not necessarily for you), the catering is good, the place is clean, efficient and the prices are almost cheap, I would go back!

The food is good and the waiters are nice. The restaurant itself could be nicer.

Siamo stati qui per un pranzo in famiglia durante una visita al borgo di Cividale in Friuli, su consiglio di una signora del posto. Il locale non è molto grande, ma è dotato di due sale di cui una più piccola e appartata, dove ci siamo accomodati noi. Nonostante la sala principale fosse piena, resta un posto tranquillo. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza nel menù di piatti della tradizione italiana (ad esempio, spaghetti alla carbonara o con cozze e vongole) mista a quelli della cucina locale e con nostra grande sorpresa abbiamo potuto ordinare anche la pizza, la cui scelta sulla carta è molto vasta. Ecco le portate che abbiamo consumato: - pizza margherita con crudo in cottura (base non molto spessa, peccato l'assenza della mozzarella, sostituita forse da formaggio o pizzottella); - piatto "friulano" (un piatto unico molto bello da vedere, che si basa su una serie di piatti tipici: formaggio, salsiccia, cren, prosciutto alla griglia, polenta, verdure grigliate); - ravioloni di montasio con crema di zucchine e menta; - frico con polenta; - tiramisù della casa. Nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene, porzioni giuste e ben cucinate. Con l'aggiunta di un caffè e 2 amari, abbiamo speso in totale 97 € (4 pax). Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo. Personale gentile e attento.

Il locale è piuttosto triste e poco curato. Pizza nella media , varietà di scelta, ma pochi condimenti. Un po’ caro per quello che offre . Poca varietà di dolci, fatti n casa, ma scarsi in quantità e qualità.
