We had a pizza and a spaghetti with cacio e pepe... I must say that it is one of the best pizzas I have eaten, not to mention the spaghetti... plentiful and delicious... the kindness... the courtesy of Mr. Franco is unquestionable. .we will be back on our next trip

A nice evening with the family with quality dishes and the owners of the place were very kind and sociable, we felt very at ease, the dishes were really good, there was a lot of care put into the dishes and passion for their craft really showed. Even if you are not allowed to have gluten like my daughter and I, there are a number of options, and they will think along with you. We had a salad and meat and the rest of our party had a delicious pizza. You can also eat outside.

The tastiest pizza we ate during our stay in Perugia. Very friendly owners where you really feel welcome. It is easily accessible from the arterial roads. You can hear the traffic, but the terrace is a bit lower and shielded. It was a stop along the way for us and perfect.

Ate at Pizza Express near Perugia Fontivegge Train Station for the first time last year on our first visit to Umbria. Last year we sat down for pizza and another time we had pizza take out. Very good pizza. Now in June we returned for our second visit to Perugia which we use as a base to visit magical Umbria. This time we ate at Pizza Express on three evenings. We did not have Pizza but ate Pasta Pesto/Zucchini, Ceci di Franco, Caprese and Salad and the last evening we had fried eggs, ceci di Franco, Umbrian sausages and salad accompanied by the Umbrian Torta al Testo. Every evening we drank the frizzante white wine from Trentino. For dessert we had Sorbeto and Tartufo semi- freddo. The cafe is great, brewed by Franco Ferretti the patron of Pizza Express. Franco & Guiliana make you feel at home with their camaraderie. The service is impeccable. Do not expect draped tables
