Pizza e farinata La Pejla In Imperia

Excellent authentic food, simple but served from very friendly people! U Papa's new owners, Esmeralda and Leonardo do a outstanding great job.

My partner and I stayed here 4 days and this was the best dining experience we had on this holiday. I would start from the staff, super trained and friendly staff, they immediately put you in a good mood. The food is delicious, simple but with a unique flavour, their farinata is delicious. Congratulations guys, we will gladly come back to visit you from Rome!

Very dry fried food, excellent farinata, and I must add that in fried fish he is one of the few who cleans the prawns!! Well done! The only flaw, but it's not their fault, is that the outdoor tables are too close to the cobwebs and dirt on the window of the covered market which hasn't been cleaned for at least 10 years!!

Beautiful experience, superlative farinata and rich and very good fried fish. The owner is super nice like all the staff and knows how to accompany you with lightheartedness during the evening. Ps. An extra virgin olive oil that I only ate like this at my parents' house. Amazing!! I'll be back soon

Come da titolo della mia recensione una garanzia di assoluta qualità e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo mantenuti nel tempo e dove la farinata e la pizza sono il punto fermo del locale. Insomma se si amano la semplicità e la sostanza è imprescindibile se non d'obbligo una sosta a La Pejla dove si ritrovano i sapori e la presentazione degli anno '80 ormai da troppi ristoratori messi da parte. Ci tornerò alla prima occasione utile sperando che non passi così tanto tempo.
