A typical Sardinian trattoria in a Roman neighborhood tavern, albeit quite difficult to locate, where the focus is on simplicity and excellent quality cuisine. Chef Pasquina, a Sardinian from the province of Oristano, offers a limited menu of just three or four first courses, the essential spaghetti with clams, which we found delicious, and risotto with cream of scampi, with a few Roman-Sardinian twists such as cacio e pepe with shrimp and the excellent (we tried) fresh pasta alla Carlo Forte. We then ordered the classic turbot with potatoes, which was truly delicious, and the homemade amaretti and almond paste sweets since the seadas were sold out.
Price around €35-€40 per person with (good) house Vermentino wine.
We'll be back.

"I ate like a god." This was my friend's comment after lunch at Pasquina. I'd mentioned it to him several times over the years, and thanks to a service at a nearby garage, we finally went to visit her today. You feel right at home at Pasquina. Even though she'd been away for a long time, she welcomed me with open arms. We enjoyed carasau bread with excellent olive oil. Next, linguine with clams—we cleaned our plates and tray with the bread—and turbot with potatoes—amazing!!! The prices were very fair despite the high quality. As we said our goodbyes, we promised to return soon.

Feels like home. A place without a sign, without a menu, but it makes you feel right at home. We had the house appetizer with an excellent peppered mussels, marinated salmon, and seafood salad, all prepared to perfection by Pasquina. For starters, we had various pasta dishes and a fried fish dish for the main course. Desserts? Excellent, too. Highly recommended.

...I don't know how I got there, but the amazement on my face didn't last long because, as if we were home,
we felt like we were there, and the happy weather was flowing on the shortest day of the year at sunset. The bivouac was serene and substantial.
Everything flowed. We were no longer there, the dog Pasquina was sublime...goodbye⭐

We arrived at two o'clock and ordered some very good seafood appetizers, followed by creamy scampi risotto and spaghetti with clams.
Then came the fish main courses.
Everything was delicious. I highly recommend it.

An excellent restaurant tucked away in the Pineta Sacchetti area, traditional, simple, and welcoming. The cuisine is primarily seafood, with delicious traditional Sardinian dishes and more. The only downside is that the veranda is a bit too sunny; I had to wear sunglasses throughout the meal (I recommend using shades or simple curtains).
