We turned to Paolo Pitti for our wedding cake. From our first meeting, Paolo demonstrated enormous professionalism and availability. He perfectly interpreted all our wishes. The cake was beautiful, elegant, and above all, delicious. All our guests complimented it. He also managed to accommodate guests with allergies and intolerances, providing alternatives. Once we'd chosen the cake's characteristics and sent us a list of allergies, they took care of everything, from delivery to alternatives for those with allergies/intolerances! Hoping to please and convey the work and great professionalism of our team, I wanted to leave a small mark for those who will come after us. A quick preface: My wife and I are from Turin, and you're rightly wondering, how did you end up in Montalto? Answer: We were directed and given (good) advice by several people who were already involved in planning our wedding. We met Paolo Pitti, a very helpful guy who gave us an afternoon of sampling his ideas for our wedding cake, each one better than the last, and after we made our choice, he was able to advise us on all the various details related to the cake itself. Despite the option of customizing the flavors/ingredients and everything else to our liking, we decided to rely on one of Paolo's suggestions for the cake filling because, out of all the others, it was truly remarkable. It's fair to say that the cake certainly lived up to expectations, and almost all the guests rushed to get a second or third. If we consider the full bellies of the guests after the reception had already featured a huge buffet with islands, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and other desserts, and add that to the rush for the cake, we can truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients.
