Pastry shop with a capital "P"; elegant and well-kept venue, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wide choice of desserts, puff pastries, miniatures with attention to detail and elegant and delicious single portions. Technique, art and taste come together in a perfect union. Honorable mention for the single portions "coconut and raspberry" and "orange"; the first warms the heart while the second refreshes the palate, accompanied by a coffee (excellent here) they are perfect for a stop in the name of good taste. Well done!

Without too many turns of phrase and without too much poetry, a quality that fears little (if any) competition, a service that is always impeccable and full of smiles and (last but not least) hygiene and cleanliness to be cited as an example in the HACCP manuals! In short...a point of reference not only for the Canavese area, but for a large part of northern Italy. The Pitti pastry shop should be an obligatory stop for anyone passing through here and for anyone traveling to the Aosta Valley.

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars! Pastries, breakfasts, aperitifs, hot chocolate with cream, all superb!!! TOP place! SUPER RECOMMENDED!
