It was so good we went back for a second cone!

Defined flavors, different from the usual, and not overly sugary—as gelato often is. Flavors tasted: pistachio, hazelnut and pistachio spread, ricotta with candied fruit and cinnamon. All three are highly recommended. I'll gladly return.

Best ice cream I've had in a long time. This ice cream parlor won the award for best ice cream in the world in 2017. My boyfriend went back for a second round.

Nel nostro soggiorno a Spoleto la Pistacchieria Crispini è diventata luogo di pranzo, merenda e dopo cena. In posizione tattica all’angolo della Piazza del Mercato, offre un gelato all’altezza dei suoi tre coni Gambero rosso dalla semplicità del fiordilatte con latte di alta qualità alla golosità della stragianduia ai tre cioccolati. Ottime anche la nocciola con nocciole in pezzi e la vaniglia, ma anche gusti più sperimentali, come il caffè infuso con cocco ed il caramello salato con arachidi. Eccellente la panna prodotta artigianalmente e anche aromatizzata: io l’ho provata alla vaniglia e le bacche di vaniglia si sentivano eccome. Complimenti!

Gelato artigianale buonissimo e di alta qualità, proposto in tanti gusti dai più tradizionali ai più stravaganti. Visto i prestigiosi riconoscimenti internazionali, il pistacchio è indubbiamente il gusto da non perdere, ma in realtà vien voglia di provarli tutti! Particolarmente consigliata anche la stragianduia ai cinque cioccolati
