If you are looking for a place that offers an excellent combination of pizza, fresh fish dishes and creative vegetarian options, Piramid is a choice not to be missed.
The Pizza
Always good. Piramid pizzeria restaurant, a historic place from the 90s.
They make both brick pizza cooked strictly in a wood oven and pan pizza and farinata, their dough is light and has undergone a long leavening.
It is a restaurant for all tastes, including vegan/vegetarian ones.
Fish dishes
The fish menu (which we agreed together with vegan/vegetarian dishes and for those with food allergies and intolerances) was very delicious. The Paella with fish is highly recommended, try the vegan version with only vegetables, very good, tasty and light, well balanced taste. The fried artichokes and the artichoke flan with walnuts and fondue were very well made. The dish I loved was the bread meatballs with tomato, a truly excellent dish. Dry fried, perfect acidity of the tomato, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would have eaten ten more!! The fried fish were excellent, really dry and perfectly cooked, the diners were very satisfied with the fish menu choice.
Environment and Service
The environment is welcoming and clean, modern and refined, perfect both for an intimate dinner and for a meal with friends. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to recommend the best combination of food and wine. The price is slightly above average, but it's fair.
There is also the possibility of eating outside during warmer periods.
I recommend booking, it's always very busy on weekends.

Da appassionato di pizza al tegamino (quella vera che facevano negli anni 80 con lievitazione e maturazione in frigo )ho voluto provarla
Decisamente ottima fatta così si trova davvero in pochissimi posti a torino
La preferirei più oliata perché la caratteristica di questa pizza è la crosticina nera dell olio fritto sul bordo che dona quel sapere indimenticabile.
Complimenti al pizzaiolo per la ricetta
La farinata ottima anche lei cotta nella teglia stagnata che dona un sapore e una cottura ottimale
