Good typical Piedmontese mixed starter, first courses a good portion, truffle tagliolini a little bland, good mushroom risotto and shampagne perhaps a little ahead in cooking, sorbet a little expensive but still a nice cup, courteous service, for my tastes even too formal in some moments, I prefer a more casual service but these are personal opinions, the bill is in line with other restaurants in the category

Ho pranzato domenica e il primo impatto è stato superlativo: c'era la mia cagnolina che è stata accolta da tutto il personale come una diva e hanno portato subito una ciotola d'acqua per lei! Per me non è scontato... Location molto, molto bella, abbiamo gustato l'ottimo antipasto Pinin (e già con le 15 e più portate sarebbero state sufficienti), poi abbiamo preso il loro riso con porcini e champagne: non so nemmeno io come descrivere la bontà del piatto e concluso con il dolce. Grazie a tutti per l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la professionalità che ci avete riservato. Ci rivedremo prestissimo!!!

I chose the restaurant to have the wedding a month later and my guests want to go back to the restaurant because the food and quality were too good. Endless islands of crazy tastings I could list the dishes but it's very long The blonde lady and also Angelo the owner were very professional. Exemplary organization! From the first meeting with Riccardo we perceived his desire to organize a wedding that represented us 100%. We are an Italian-German couple whose family extends all the way to France. We were also expecting friends from Spain, Ireland... an international and intercultural wedding. Riccardo allowed us to live these few months of preparation for the wedding with serenity. He was always available to answer all our questions. He was able to very patiently manage my "German" approach which tends to organize everything down to the last detail, adding his own touch of sparkling humor that belongs to him. On the day of our wedding, the Pinin garden was transformed into a fairytale picture, the layout and floral decoration were sublime. We let ourselves be celebrated by the people dear to us, surrounded by trees, plants and flowers, under a radiant sun... while the Pinin team seemed to share our joy. What can I say: an explosion of emotions. Riccardo was omnipresent and attentive to every request. Heartfelt thanks to Riccardo, Angelo and the entire team at the Castello Pinin Restaurant.

We got married on June 23rd, we chose the location for the exceptional quality of the food. Congratulations to Riccardo and all the staff for the professionalism, kindness and affection shown from the first day until the event in which they proved to be more than up to our expectations.

A fairytale wedding We got married on June 15, 2024. The location is perfect for a fairytale reception. We had the pleasure of carrying out the ceremony in the specially set up garden, the professionalism, attention to detail and experience of Riccardo and Angelo made that day unique and unforgettable. Excellent food starting from the always assorted island aperitif, two first courses, one second course and wedding cake. Qualified, kind and friendly staff, always available. Riccardo supported us from the first moment in choosing the menu and organizing the entire reception. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a fairytale wedding surrounded by the greenery of the castle.
