A classic yet well-organized restaurant, the owner is extremely kind, very clear, and helpful in explaining the dishes. We had everything from appetizers to dessert, everything excellent and carefully prepared. The wine was also good (white in our case). Tagliatelle with rabbit ragù 🔝 If you're passing through, stop at Pinin... try it and believe it! Highly recommended!!!

We hadn't been back here for a long time and I have to say we were very happy! The Pinin appetizer was simply fabulous🫶 the first courses were also excellent, champagne and porcini mushroom risotto and gorgonzola gnocchi... Delicious desserts😜 divinely eaten in a beautiful setting 💕 thanks to the staff, Angelo and especially to Cristiane who was good and very nice 🤗🔋 Thank you very much and see you soon!!!!

We've dined there several times and always had a great time. The pizzas are excellent, and the food in general is very good.

Spacious and spacious room, very bright, and spotlessly clean. Impeccable breakfast, served directly in the room. Very nice view. Beautiful internal garden. Friendly staff.

Quick lunch for three... without a reservation... first Sunday in August... they welcomed us without any problems. High-quality lunch... the pappardelle with rabbit sauce was excellent. Prices reasonable for the location. Trained, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Internal parking. Ample outdoor space.

A simply perfect experience! The Pinin restaurant in Varallo-Pombia is one of those places that makes you say, "I absolutely have to go back!" The location is splendid: a large garden, meticulously maintained, immediately creates a relaxing and special atmosphere. The entrance is spacious and easily accessible, even for those with disabilities, a sign of great care for all guests. The service is impeccable: the staff is always present, kind, and smiling, making you feel looked after from start to finish without ever being intrusive. Every detail is attended to with love and professionalism. The pizza is excellent, with a light dough and quality ingredients, but it's not the only star: the Pinin Salad is fresh and delicious, the fritto misto is crispy and light, the fries are tasty and cooked to perfection. And to top it off, the homemade crème brûlée is a small masterpiece: creamy, full-flavored, and with that irresistible caramelized crust. Here, you can feel a passion for good food and a love of hospitality. A perfect place for dinners with friends, families, couples... or to celebrate special moments. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon and with great pleasure.

Typical Piedmontese restaurant, the signature dish is always mushroom risotto. Compared to the previous management, the portions have been slightly reduced, and the pinin appetizer no longer has a "hot" portion. I don't know if it's because it's summer. It's also become a pizzeria. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The atmosphere could use a bit of a makeover!

A truly special place! The Pinin restaurant in Varallo-Pombia is a wonderful discovery. The location is stunning: a large, well-kept garden, perfect for various ceremonies. Ample convenient parking, classic furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind, always available and smiling, and the owner is very courteous. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a warm, thick, and fluffy focaccia with rosemary, olive oil, and salt: simple yet delicious, with a quality olive oil that was immediately noticeable. I had tagliatelle with ragù: flavorful, light, and perfectly cooked. Among the various dishes, the fritto misto was very good: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. The calamari, often rubbery elsewhere, was perfect here: soft, flavorful, and without the need for anything other than a drizzle of lemon (already provided). And the pizza is excellent, made with quality ingredients and available in three versions: with a thick crust (Neapolitan style), thin, or ultra-thin. Delicious in all variations! It's just a shame it's only served in the evening (and on Fridays for lunch), because I'd love to try it for lunch during the week too. An ideal restaurant for families, friends, dinners for two, or even large groups. And for important events like ceremonies or weddings, it's truly ideal: spacious, a beautiful garden, and an impeccable atmosphere. Highly recommended. My family and I will definitely be back!

Abbiamo festeggiato tre meravigliose cresime tutti assieme, siamo arrivati e ci hanno accolto con un gran aperitivo formato prevalentemente da fritti e focaccia, da bere ci hanno servito lo spitz e un fantastico succo al gusto dipompelmo e carota. Poi siamo passati di sopra iniziando l antipasto formato da vari salumi, una bruschetta con paté e burro e carpaccio. Dopo siamo passati ai primi con un risotto ai funghi con crema di champagne, eccellenti. Al dolce ci hanno servito il sorbetto al limone che non poteva mancare, come secondo dolce ci hanno portato la torta fatta da loro. Location fantastica. Disponibile calcio balilla. Servizio ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente per cerimonie e feste in famiglia.

Restaurante muy amable y auténtico. Mesas grandes con familias numerosas cenando el viernes. Esta fue una recomendación de un bar local donde tuve un descanso después de un largo viaje en coche. Tuve un excelente vino blanco de Basilicata (29 € ) un plato de queso como entrada y un plato de atún como plato principal. El atún estaba fresco y delicioso, pero podría haber sido más interesante con algo de salsa, hierbas o lo que sea. Nota: 21 . 30 las simpáticas damas que te sirven se despedirán pero aún puedes terminar tu comida. Me fui de 22. 30 y no fue el último. Recomendado!
