Simona es un anfitrión maravilloso y su marido Gabriele un chef de primera clase. Junto con su larga experiencia en el negocio crean un verdadero ristorante romano tradicional -el énfasis está en crear un ambiente relajado y producir la mejor comida y vino-, las trufas son una necesidad aquí !
