I had a wonderful experience. Simona, the owner, makes the space welcoming and fun. The dishes were some of the best I've had the pleasure of tasting in Italy. I will definitely be back - thank you for everything!

Wow wow wow! A MUST! One of the few restaurants in Rome worthy of returning every single trip! I felt like I was being served by a long lost family member, like my aunt or grandmother was serving me, truly a family experience! I’ll never forget it! I loved the pasta! Whether you wanna go with truffle experience or just Roman pasta, probably the best pasta in Rome, the only Cacio e pepe that had the correct amount of black pepper where we didn’t have to add more! The only regret is not ordering more, because we possibly couldn’t, I’m looking forward to trying the carbonara and the melon appetizer! We will be back for not only the food but the impeccable service!

Delicious Italian food, they have so many options in the menu. The people who work here are so welcoming and kind to clients. Amazing place por typical Italian food, so delicious. The only thing is that the restaurant is a bit small, so I recommend making a reservation, and in summer it’s very hot as the ac isn’t very strong. The setting is warm, the service attentive without being overbearing, and above all: the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. A must-visit for anyone who wants to taste authentic Roman cuisine without breaking the bank. I'll definitely go back!

Encantador e íntimo – una experiencia gastronómica encantadora Cenamos en este pequeño restaurante familiar con menos de 10 mesas, y fue una experiencia maravillosamente íntima y auténtica. El entorno era acogedor, y el servicio era cálido y personal - nuestra camarera hablaba un poco de inglés y era muy útil para guiarnos a través del menú. Pedimos flores de calabacín, trufa fetichínica y ñoquis, todo muy bien preparado y lleno de sabor. Los platos de trufa en particular eran ricos e indulgentes, aunque ligeramente en el lado más caro, que vale la pena destacar. En general, la comida era excelente, el servicio era amable y atento, y el ambiente lo hizo sentir como una joya local escondida. Un lugar encantador para una comida tranquila y deliciosa en Roma.

Pietro Valentini es sin duda un restaurante para cuando en Roma! Mi esposa y yo comimos allí recientemente después de hacer muchas búsquedas de críticas de la gran cantidad de restaurantes en la ciudad - ciertamente no nos decepcionaron ! Simona es un anfitrión maravilloso y su marido Gabriele un chef de primera clase. Junto con su larga experiencia en el negocio crean un verdadero ristorante romano tradicional -el énfasis está en crear un ambiente relajado y producir la mejor comida y vino-, las trufas son una necesidad aquí ! Pietro Valentini se puede encontrar en una calle lateral cerca de la Piazza Navona y el Panteón - es íntimo, acogedor y sin duda reservar con antelación, disfrutar!
