On our day trip to Rome we purchased independent tours just with entry so that we can enjoy at our own pace . Of course we got lost and luckily in the subway we’ve asked for directions to the right person . Amazing Alessandro stopped and helped us find our way by walking with us ( as it was on his way ). Alessandro’s English was perfect as it turned out his husband was American so we took advantage and apart from directions we asked him to recommend us a good authentic place to eat . Turned out we asked the perfect person for that as he said “yes my friend Simona has a restaurant “ we were like ok where is it ? And he walked us there . Restaurant was closed when he showed us but was opening in 2 hrs just enough to finish our visit in the Pantheon . When restaurant open we got there and hoped to be seated as it is a very small restaurant. Simona was amazing and she gave us a table for 2 ( probably saw we were hungry and rained on ). AlI can say is oawwww . From the service to the food everything was just Oaw . My hubby had the Asparagus Truffle Risotto and I had the Carbonara . Just Oaw 🤤🤤. From the starters all the way to desert everything was simply perfectly delicious. If you ever find your self near the Pantheon I can not recommend this place enough , but I advise you to make a reservation first just to avoid disappointment. You will love it , everything from the service to the delicious food will give you an amazing authentic taste of the real Italian cuisine 🫶🫶🫶🫶. Good food is definitely worth waiting for !

Simply said, fantastic! Without any exageration, this is now my favorite Roman restaurant! I am italian and I know what to look for when in Italy, and what we found here was simply amazing.. Food was fantastic, drinks the same, the owners are super friendly and happy to help you with everything.. if you are looking for something special while in Rome, look for nothing else, here is your special place! Small restaurant with high level of attention for the customers. The food is very authentic and in-season, therefore super fresh! I cannot wait any longer to be back in Rome, and everytime I'll be back, I'll surely come back to this place for dinner! Simona and Gabriele grazie per la serata..

Food was piping hot. With vegetables like funghi, asparagus and artichokes being very fresh. Tonnarelli was freshly made and so good with their pomodoro and funghi sauces. Highly recommend. When you see mostly locals eating here. You know you are in the right place.

My favorite place downtown, I highly recommend it Cucina romana eccezionale accompagnata da un'ospitalità calorosa da parte di Simona. The coffee and the pepe and the fiori of the zucca erano fantastici, and the fattening pan in the house, which is similar to the format, is located in the real world. What is the location of the preferred post at the center? Altamente consigliato!

Fantástica comida. La comida italiana real se siente como casera. Bonito pequeño lugar agradable. Estaba tratando de reservar el lugar ya que muchos meses finalmente logró llegar hoy.

Vimos este lugar caminando y pensamos que parecía acogedor. Y así fue. La dueña Simona es alegre y la comida es auténtica y buena, incluso si un poco simple. También tenían buenos vinos. Muy recomendable como escape del ajetreo en el arrastre principal.
