Very good food. We took lasagna and aranchini. Great service. The gentleman tricked us into believing that pieces of volcanic ash from Etna were falling from the sky, but it was only his wife who was sweeping on the balcony and it fell on our heads 😀

What can I say...the location is already splendid, plus Pietro is great! Nice, welcoming... I took an arancino and a sandwich and they were delicious! Everything fantastic Paolo from Piedmont

The food is average even for a bistro, but the friendly service and location make up for it. Probably a better place for a drink than a meal. It is worth trying a drink based on almond wine. The drink was delicious.

We visited in September 2024. The location is right at the entrance, where the buses drop people off. There are a lot of people walking past you on their way up to the castle. It's a very small place, but it might still be worth a visit. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and it was delicious—the best Arancini we had in Italy. The owners are friendly and passionate about their business. Highly recommended, don't miss this wonderful experience!

What to say about Pier!! He welcomed us as if we were lifelong friends, made us taste the local delicacies, told us his story and made us travel with our palate and smell. It is not advisable to stop by their bar, it is mandatory. A must in Sicily!

Direkt an den Treppen zur Burg hoch. Zwar keine Aussicht, aber dafür sehr leckeres Essen und Getränke. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. 100% empfehlenswert.

We only actually stopped to have a beer each but ended up having granita & arancini as well. Everything was delicious & good value. The owner was very friendly & added to the experience.
