Here, the food is still cooked by hand with a lot of imagination. The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable. I had tortellini filled with pumpkin amatetto filling. My wife had catfish dumplings with polenta. The starter, perch fillet with dried zucchini, was free... Also free were the looks on the faces of the Germans who expected something different on their plates.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect, just steps from the main square. We'll definitely be back! Special mention goes to the head waiter, who was incredibly kind and courteous. Congratulations!

26/08/2025: Small, unpretentious bar with very pleasant waitresses where you can eat and drink very well for almost nothing 👌
22/08/2025: I went there three times during my stay in Orta San Diego, just for breakfast with my son. A more than adorable welcome, attentive waitresses, a cappuccino to die for, and very reasonable prices (€1.60 for a cappuccino). The cafeteria opens at 8:00 a.m., a time when you can easily park in the free white spaces. Finally, behind it, you can sit in the quiet garden.
