The place is definitely worth it for its location on the sea, it is really beautiful. The food is good, although perhaps you expect a little more, both in quality and quantity, considering the slightly high prices. A suggestion: regarding the dishes for two people, it would be better to indicate the price more clearly. From the menu you can understand (both I and the person who was with me interpreted it this way) that the dish costs €40 in total and serves two people. Only afterwards did we have the doubt that it was €40 per person. This is not a criticism, but a suggestion: greater clarity can avoid surprises, because if you are not prepared, finding yourself with €40 more on the bill can weigh. In any case, the place is beautiful, the food is good, the staff is very polite. The only flaw: the waiting times for the dishes and the bill were quite long. The house also offered us a welcome and a pre-dessert, which were really appreciated.

A very beautiful location by the water, beautifully decorated. The service is excellent; the owner explains the catch of the day and also provides wonderful advice on other questions regarding the menu. The mixed appetizer platter is highly recommended, as is the tuna main course. Everything at this restaurant was excellent. I absolutely cannot understand the few negative reviews.

Nice restaurant, specialty fish

Restaurant right on the sea, service a bit long, spaghetti cooked perfectly, but not great taste, maybe because of forgetfulness there was no plate to put the scampi shells on and not even a napkin to clean your hands. Prices decidedly high.

Da quando sono piccola, ogni estate ho un appuntamento fisso: il ristorante Pic Nic a Caorle. È molto più di un semplice ristorante: è un luogo pieno di ricordi, dove ho vissuto alcuni dei pranzi più belli insieme alla mia famiglia, in particolare i miei nonni. Furono proprio loro a scoprirlo. Da allora, non ho mai perso l’abitudine di tornarci almeno una volta ogni anno. Il mio amore per i ristornati e il buon cibo nasce proprio da qui. La cucina è genuina, il pesce sempre freschissimo. Passano tra i tavoli con un carrello, per mostrare il pescato del giorno. Il locale, oggi rinnovato ed elegante, ha conservato intatta quell’atmosfera accogliente che lo rende speciale. E poi c’è il mio piatto preferito: un antipasto di scampo su crumble di gorgonzola, con sfuma di cavolfiore bianco e frutto della passione. Ma la verità è che tutti i piatti nel menu meritano. La cura, la qualità e la passione si sentono in ogni portata. L’atmosfera è romantica e rilassata: il ristorante si affaccia direttamente sul mare, dove spesso si vedono anche i cigni. Un dettaglio che rende ogni pranzo o cena ancora più speciale. Il servizio è ECCELLENTE, portano sempre un assaggio di benvenuto e i camerieri sono tutti molto professionali, preparati e gentili. Se passate a Caorle e non sapete dove mangiare, questo è il ristorante perfetto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, considerando i prodotti, come vengono trattati e la location. Se siete a Caorle non potete non andare! Consigliatissimo

Very beautiful view of the sea and the Livenza river.

Discreta qualità e ottima vista!

Sono decenni che frequento queste zone e confesso che non conoscevo questo locale, sia perchè sono un abitudinario (se mi trovo bene in un posto non cambio) sia perchè il nome non mi ispirava, mi trasmetteva l'immagine di uno snack bar. In effetti frequentavo un locale nelle vicinanze che l'ultima volta (parlo di poco meno di un mese fa) ha applicato un aumento dei prezzi insensato e questo mi ha irritato e fatto pensare a cambiare. E così, guardandomi intorno, ho deciso di provare questo locale. Il contesto era più che favorevole, giornata primaverile soleggiata, il pomeriggio avrei varato la barca dopo aver fatto carena, insomma tutto andava per il meglio. Il locale si presenta molto bene fresco ed accogliente, ha una bella veranda all'ingresso ed un paio di sale all'interno che sono praticamente sulla diga foranea che delimita la foce del Livenza, è ilpunto d'accesso per la darsena di Marina 4 e per quella dell'Orologio oltre che per il Mandracchio di Caorle. Quindi si vedono passare le barche. Il menù è principalmente a base di pesce ricco di idee sfiziose ed originali. Non avevamo molto tempo, quindi abbiamo puntato a qualcosa di leggero e veloce: degli scampi in saor e un "megaraviolone a ciambella" ripieno non ricordo più di cosa. Ottimo prosecco sfuso, caffè ed H2O. Eravamo in due, il tutto per un centinaio di euro. Considerando anche il contesto ritengo il prezzo equo. Dimenticavo: servizio attento, veloce e discreto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
