Nice location...just stopped for an aperitif. Friendly staff and moderate prices.
Today, 12 10 22 for lunch...always to be recommended...Well done...30 09 2023 always a point of reference even for a simple spritz facing the sea...

Bellissima struttura ampia e luminosa con vista mare.
Il nome semplice non deve trarre in inganno, infatti questo posto è un locale molto curato con arredamento ricercato e piatti di ottima qualità.
Specializzato in pesce, di cui offre una vasta scelta, non trascura la possibilità di piatti di carne di altrettanta qualità.
Buona la scelta dei vini e discreta la
possibilità di pietanze senza glutine.
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media.

Six of us had dinner on August 14th, being regulars in the area we chose the Picnic because we had never been there. Cozy place with sea and river views, professional service, quality food. Unfortunately, at the time of the bill, there was an unpleasant surprise for those who had ordered the grills, an increase of around 10 euros each. Upon our request for clarification, the owner replied that having had a barbecue for five people, she made us pay for it by weight and not per single dish as per the price list; It's a shame I didn't mention it earlier, for the sake of fairness...be careful when ordering the barbecue!

The restaurant is in a very beautiful and panoramic position and inside it is well looked after and welcoming. The service was kind and professional. The food, however, did not convince me, especially the grilled fish, which greatly disappointed me in terms of quantity, variety and taste. In my opinion, the dish is not adequate for the price. Seafood dumplings are better. Prices on average high especially in relation to some dishes served.

On the advice of one of my clients I went for the wedding anniversary with my wife, children and dog in tow......
Result ?? TOP!!!!
Very beautiful environment, we were sitting outside on the river before flowing into it......perfect staff, welcoming and very kind and the dinner was excellent, everything was top quality!!!!
We were treated very well and the bill was also in line with what we ate!!!
