Armando, the friendly and professional waiter, and the girl who took our orders was smiling and very knowledgeable. In short, a rarity in Syracuse!

A pizzeria on the edge of Ortigia where you can enjoy one of the best pizzas the city has to offer. Truly different from the usual, with balanced flavors and excellent dough. A total of 10!
The service is a bit slow; we had to ask for drinks twice, and the decor could—or rather, should—be better maintained. It doesn't do justice to the excellent quality of the pizzas.

We were there for dinner a few years ago, we've been back and they're always impeccable. The pizza by the slice and the Roman pizza are super light!!! My only suggestion regarding the cover charge and drinks is to lower the prices a bit, otherwise nothing to complain about!

If all pizzas had a dough and crust like those at Piano B, the world would be a better place. A 9 on the pizza report card? Absolutely deserved.
On the other hand, the gluten-free dough doesn't surprise or excite: those with gluten intolerances definitely need to work out. We're still at the "first kicks" stage...
Speaking of the location, it's simple and welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease.
Any downsides? A few details: €35 for two pizzas and a bottle of water is a bit too much, the wait was almost an hour, and the single bathroom isn't the best.
That said, Piano B remains a pizzeria not to be missed: top-notch flavor and a decent atmosphere.

We went to this pizzeria and tried two pizzas: one with Neapolitan dough, which was truly amazing and delicious, and the other with a gluten-free crust, which, however, was dense and precooked. The gluten-free pizza was nice, but nothing exceptional; the crusts could definitely be improved; it would be great if more attention was paid to their preparation.
The location is small but nice, the only flaw being the unique restrooms (no gender separation). We spent €38 for two pizzas and two bottles of water.
