We tried several different doughs, and they were all truly delicious: crispy dough, Roman, pinsa, focaccia pugliese, pizzolo, pizza with a crust, and finally the brioche. I found the crispy dough and the crust (just the right thickness and completely hollow inside) exceptional. The ingredients and combinations offered were also excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and above all, very knowledgeable.
We will definitely be back.

Last night I went to this place for the first time. I can say that everything was impeccable, both the food and the service. It was only when we got the bill that things got worse.
We were paying in cents, and the person at the cashier candidly told us that she didn't have change in coins. We were a bit perplexed and disconcerted because when you want me to pay in cents, you also have to have coins.
Moral of the story: we were forced to pay with our debit card to avoid controversy and thus accept its lack.
Anyone who owns a place must also have coins, or else round up and don't make a fool of yourself.

On the plus side, the waiters were friendly and the food was quite good. However, it was excessively and unjustifiably expensive. You can't charge €7.50 for a 33cl gluten-free Peroni beer (it costs €1.80 at the supermarket, at worst). There's still a feeling of being ripped off. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other places in Syracuse where you can eat well without gluten at a fair price.

The pizza is excellent, light and all. But they put the sauce with a dropper. I don't understand why. The pizzas are pale. That's why I'm not giving it 5 stars. Because the sauce lacks the right flavor, especially if you get the classic dough (flat without edges), it's like eating puff pastry.

So what can I say? PHENOMENAL pizza!! We enjoyed the Mediterranean one... absolutely worth a try. The dough was very light, well-leavened, and the ingredients were sublime. The crust was HIGH and beautifully airy. I loved it... the atmosphere was warm, modern, and comfortable. I recommend making a reservation.
The only downside, in my case, was the lack of a changing stand in the restrooms, which is essential if you want to avoid having to change your baby in the dining room.
