I've been here more than five times and the food is excellent. Mariana who works here makes the best piadina I’ve ever tested my entire life. She is very professional at her job.

During a walk in the center of Pisa, I stopped to eat a piadina ... and what a surprise! The piadina was simply perfect: the thin, warm and fragrant dough, with that light crunchiness on the edges that really makes the difference. The filling was generous and quality, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The staff was kind and fast, the environment welcoming and clean. An experience that exceeded expectations! If you are in Pisa and you want something good and genuine, this piadina is a must. Highly recommended!

15/04/2025: Very good products, the waiter gave very good advice. The decoration is really pretty, the exterior is magnificent. Too bad we were told that there were no pizzas available only to end up offering us 10 at the end of our meal...
22/01/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by greenery. The pizza restaurant is excellent, perhaps slightly expensive, but for the location and the food it can certainly be worth it.
