A more than excellent experience both in terms of food quality and cleanliness and table service. So much so that I went back two days in a row. I didn't see this indisposition on the part of the three boys, both of the two boys the night before and of the girl the next day. Very young, perhaps on their first job, they did more than well. Excellent watercress, we also really liked the piadina and the roll. The use of non-disposable cutlery and plates is appreciated (although not strictly necessary for us). We had to wait a little bit for lunch but we're on holiday so this is damned.

I've eaten piadinas but I found this one from Sauro to be the best. The other evening with friends and relatives we wanted to try it on the advice of a Tirolare of a hotel where we are staying and I must say we were satisfied. I recommend it. Enjoy your meal .

I was amazed.
Squacquerone and stridoli intrigued me because I had never had it but it fits.

Sauro's piadina is always a guarantee in Valverde: the classic ones are excellent but, in my opinion, the flat ones which are always richly stuffed are even better. Waiting times are sometimes a little long but it's always worth it!!!

I stop here after leaving the beach because I see the sign "gluten-free piadina" and above all specified "for celiacs"... given that many improvise on gluten-free and treat foods together with glutinous ones, ignoring the fact that contamination (of course) exists... in any case better to specify it, so the kind boys know how to behave. Very good piadinas, many choices. Advised

The more years pass, the more disappointed I am with the staff and the service offered. Sauro, a great man who rolls up his sleeves and tries to do everything possible to honor his piadina shop, while the guys who are there could do much, much more to help him. Unfortunately, the lack of organization penalizes them especially in times of crowds. It would be enough to do a little more in calmer situations (such as cleaning the tables and preparing them, passing the menus or rearranging the glasses), instead of cooling off with those mini fans while Sauro runs left and right.
How sad! You seem to be making fun of that good man.

A guarantee! Excellent piadina prepared at the moment by Sauro: fresh ingredients, crunchy and very tasty piadina.
The gluten-free piadina is also very good: it's not a given to find it, especially so well made! Compliments :)
The location is rustic, on the main street between Valverde and Cesenatico, with many tables on the veranda.

Ci siamo fermate per caso ed é stata una bellissima scoperta. Vasto menù e oltre le piadine tradizionali abbiamo trovato tante piade particolari. Abbiamo preso una tonno maionese e zucchine e una crudo squacquerone e fichi caramellati, entrambe buonissime. Peccato per la coca-cola calda. Vasta scelta nel menù.
