If you find yourself in Cesenatico, stop by and try the piadina da sauro... quality products, friendly and helpful staff... excellent value for money... a wonderful experience... the guy in the photo is one of the waiters, a very friendly guy, his service is super pleasant.

While on vacation in Cesenatico, we wanted to try a historic local piadina shop. This review is based solely on the gluten-free piadinas. First, the gluten-free piadinas are frozen; second, Sauro is very careful about cross-contamination; and third, the ingredients are truly delicious and fresh. That said, unfortunately, the management is completely haphazard. A helping hand would probably have been helpful to guide the young staff, which leads to long waits and misunderstandings. As for the piadina, unfortunately, it leaves much to be desired. The first time we visited, it arrived cold; the second day, it was still raw and rubbery. Prices are average for the area. Too bad... Update after a year: good choice for a quick meal. Improved service, shorter wait times.

It's ideally located on the seafront, so there's guaranteed foot traffic. Excellent piadinas, made by Sauro himself, a Valverde institution.

A must-visit if you're in Valverde. Excellent products and ingredients. Excellent value for money. In our case, we arrived early, around 7 PM, and the service was prompt. The piadinas are priced the same as the pizzas.

A good place. Always full and with an interesting variety of food. Both the owner and the guys who work there are professional and fast! A really great place to eat the original piadina! I absolutely recommend it!

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo prima di rientrare, abbiamo chiamato per sapere se ci fossero le piadine senza strutto in quanto io allergica. Il Signore ci ha richiamato per comunicarci che ha preparato appositamente dell’impasto senza strutto. Crudo tagliato al momento e formaggi di prima qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente Grazie
