Piada Point In Parma

I travel around the world and I must say that I have never tasted such a good and tasty piadina. Everything fresh and freshly prepared. Recommended!!

very good piadinas, with the possibility of composing your own of your choice

I would like to point out that I am Venetian, and therefore not used to consuming this type of dish, I must absolutely point out the goodness of what I tasted. The piadinas are handcrafted, "composable" to suit your tastes and imagination, with fresh dough of the day and re-kneaded just before serving on the griddle. The selection of beers is excellent and the selection of ingredients is obsessive. There are vegetarian and vegan versions. Clean and very simple place, ideal for a lunch break. The service is at the counter, free WIFI.

Really positive experience, clean place and fast service, very good piadina (thick and cooked to perfection) with many combinations available for every taste, the only flaw is the very "moose" staff which saddens the whole place, but apart from this and perhaps the the price is a little high (€1.5 less and it would have been excellent for a piadina with tomatoes, sausage and ketchup) it's a really comfortable and good place for a quick meal

In my opinion it beats the most famous franchising chain by a lot, in fact they are on their own and free from any connection with these large chains. The piadina is very full of ingredients, just the right thickness. It is a unique delicacy, we return often
