A delightful dinner, thanks to the very kind and helpful staff and the high quality and thoughtfulness of the dishes (generous portions and tasty, seasonal, and original vegetarian options). In a casual, old-fashioned atmosphere, we were welcomed like guests. The unusual (seasonal) menu was interesting, along with a selection of natural wines by the glass. Good value. Thank you! Attentive service in a comfortable setting. The kitchen offers tasty dishes with unusual pairings, featuring traditional ingredients with a twist. Everything was excellent, right down to the wine—not because it was good, but because it was natural. The first bottle was brettified (normal for these wines), the second without flaws, but nothing special. Prices were high for a place outside of the city center, in a very homey atmosphere, with ingredients that, while well-prepared, are humble (boiled meat and chicory).

Pesta Pepe is one of those restaurants that doesn't need to dazzle with special effects to make an impression. The atmosphere is intimate, cozy, with a pleasant vintage touch that invites you to slow down and enjoy the evening. Here, time seems to pass more slowly, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed and authentic dinner. The deliberately simple menu is a strong point: a few carefully selected dishes that express a sincere cuisine. No frills, no overly elaborate dishes, but clean, distinctive, and delicate flavors that showcase the raw ingredients. The meat tartare is excellent, balanced and flavorful; the roasted tongue with giardiniera is surprising, tender and well-balanced; the baked pasta is comforting, tasting of home-made dishes but with a twist; the pork belly is truly convincing, cooked to perfection. Special mention for the courtesy: a genuine welcome, attentive but never intrusive, that makes you feel like a guest, not just a customer. The wine selection is also excellent: finally, a list dedicated to small Sardinian and Italian wineries, a refined selection that is in keeping with the spirit of the place. Pesta Pepe is the perfect place for those seeking substance, atmosphere, and a pleasant evening of simplicity done well. We'll be back.

A very simple place with attention to detail, welcoming lighting, and very little noise (at least on Wednesday evenings). The atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is even better: a menu with original, carefully crafted, and balanced dishes, but above all, flavorful! Great for vegetarians (a wide variety of dishes featuring seasonal vegetables), with many naturally gluten-free options (or using alternative flours), and even a few vegan options. The wine list is also carefully selected. Unfortunately, we didn't try the desserts, but considering the rest, I imagine they're worth it! Highly recommended for delicious dishes, socializing, and enjoying the evening.
