A pearl in the alleys of Trastevere... a cozy and welcoming place, the owner was very courteous to us and immediately put us at ease, we entrusted ourselves to him for the dishes and we were very happy with it, everything was very good and the matching wine was perfect to accompany the dishes. Both my wife and I were delighted and there is no doubt that we will return.

This place is CLOSED!!! We visited Rome for the second time this year and part of our plans was to return to this restaurant based on an amazing experience we had from back in January. Went there today but the place was closed and up for sale :(

The team prepared our reserved table with baby seat before we arrived, and chose a nice table for us even though we had an infant. The food was excellent, and fairly priced. It’s off the “tourist” path so you don’t get a huge overcrowded restaurant like many in the center of Rome. Because it’s off the tourist trail the seating is a little later so if you arrive earlier for dinner (like 7:30), it will be nearly empty and fill up after 8:30. The frito Misti di mare is to die for!

28/02/2025: I have been going to this pub occasionally for years and always have a good time. They are kind and affable, the beers and wines are always averagely good. The welcoming atmosphere. If I lived in Garbatella I would always go there.

23/02/2025: Bellissimo pranzare al sole sul pontile, ottimo cibo, buon vino, bella accoglienza. Tortino di patate e porcini, tagliolini fatti in casa con carciofi guanciale e pecorino,tonno scottato e carciofo alla romana, millefoglie destrutturato, un calice di barbera. Consigliato!
