Fantastic evening….I just left the Firriato tasting and I have to say that the guys were really good…the pairings were spot on….and the guys at Firriato were very nice in entertaining us between courses. We will be back

We went as a group for lunch on May 1st. Very fresh fish cooked in different settings suggested by the owner, even the raw ones are very good. Quiet environment and impeccable service. The owner is an exquisite person.

Excellent salad, a nice confirmation of quality

Ristorante di pesce con pescheria annessa e la qualità si vede a occhio nudo. Il menù è molto ricco, variegato, con prezzi nella norma per la zona; le uniche cose con prezzo superiore al normale sono i primi con il pescato del giorno, che comunque consiglio a prescindere perché sono davvero buoni. Infatti, ho preso un tagliolino alla gallinella e ho assaggiato un tagliolino allo scorfano: al netto di qualche piccola spina che può rimanere durante la pulizia e la preparazione, la ricetta con pomodorino e spezie è stata davvero ottima. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, il tagliolino - comunque fresco - era forse un po’ troppo sottile. Come antipasto, invece, abbiamo preso un misto di crudi, dove ribadisco la qualità, e frittura di paranza, leggermente troppo olio ma andava assolutamente bene. Da bere, da una lista di vini molto ampia, abbiamo preso un bianco di fascia medio-bassa. Per concludere, un ottimo tiramisù fatto in casa. Servizio gentile e celere e allestimento interno accogliente.
