Would you believe it if they told you there were places that, for the price of a pizza (often not even good), served generous and creative dishes, from appetizers to coffee, mostly featuring the freshest and most flavorful fish? And that you could eat there every day because the menu is always changing? I honestly didn't believe it. Then we came here. INCREDIBLE, IT REALLY EXISTS!!!! Fixed menu €25 including drinks! 7 appetizers, we had battered shrimp, fried paccheri, seafood arancini, fish balls, gratinated peppers, cuttlefish and prawns, and more, as pictured. For the first course, scialatielli allo scoglio (filled with seafood, scampi, calamari...as the plate of peels shows) and strascinati with pumpkin, prawns, and cuttlefish. And then...HER MAJESTY THE FRIED SHRIMP, CALAMARI, AND ANCHOVIES, which alone, believe me, is worth the price of the entire dinner!!! MEMORABLE!! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the owner, SALVATORE, is a delightful and helpful person, but above all, he loves his job, he loves experimenting in the kitchen, and he's more than good at it!!!! PUT WHEELS ON THIS PLACE AND BRING IT TO A TOURIST AREA AND YOU'LL SEE... NOT AT ALL!! BETTER NOT!!! BETTER FOR IT TO REMAIN THE FAVORITE PLACE FOR TRUE FOOD ENTHUSIASTS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

18/01/2026: Not the "Wow" effect I was expecting, but still a very good concept and the burger tasted good. The chips with swordfish sauce had way too much pepper so that the resulting flavor was disappointing.
10/01/2026: Panamar in Vomero proves to be an interesting sandwich shop, especially for those who love seafood reinterpreted in a street food style. A particularly delicious dish is the fried calamari: crispy, dry, and flavorful, served with a delicious Sorrento lemon mayonnaise that adds a fresh, fragrant note that further enhances the dish. The sandwiches are also excellent, particularly the Fuoritonno and Posillipolp, original and well-balanced options, with quality ingredients and successful combinations that showcase the fish without weighing it down. As for the service, the experience was overall positive: courtesy and helpfulness characterized the welcome and the first part of the meal. However, a less pleasant note came towards the end, when, as closing time approached, we were asked to leave, which somewhat dampened the end of a much-appreciated meal. Despite this small negative, Panamar remains a recommended stop for those in Vomero looking for tasty, quality fried seafood sandwiches.
