Traditional dishes cooked in a wonderful and light way. The trout, a house specialty, is excellent. Especially the smoked appetizer. Very good vegetables. Don't miss the desserts.

We stayed in Negrar for more than a month due to a health problem, the Perla pastry shop was, in addition to a place of delights, an interlude of serenity in a very difficult period. Special thanks to Graziella for her humanity and kindness, thanks also to the girls on staff who are always kind and professional. We hope to return to Negrar to have fun, certainly a mandatory stop will be at Graziella. I won't forget you!

I drank an exceptional oat milk cappuccino Very good empty wholemeal brioche Clean, modern environment that offers a variety of hot breakfast treats to suit all tastes Friendly staff, bubbly owner who also gave me advice on the various wineries in the area We are here for health reasons and places like this warm your soul Well done! 💞

Just excellent. I don’t usually eat sweets, but this place is absolutely exceptional. I went inside and was welcomed by a colorful array of cute little sweets in the glass counter. I ordered two… and wow. it was absolutely mind blowing. I went back to ask the staff their specialty and got me a cheesecake. It was delicious. Flavor, texture, color, presentation. This is a must go. You will remember this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful little pasticceria in the middle of the pedestrian street and I was very satisfied. The service is extremely friendly and both the coffee and the sweet pastries are simply delicious. What is particularly noteworthy is that the Aperol is always served with delicious snacks. The atmosphere is typically Italian and there are lots of locals and nice people to meet. Parking is also easy and there are plenty of parking options nearby. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and by no means overpriced. Overall a great experience – highly recommended!
