I went to this pastry shop recommended by Castrum Wine Bar & Bistro, where I celebrated my graduation. Based on my idea, we designed the cake together, which was delivered directly to the venue. It was beautiful and delicious, and I received so many compliments! I absolutely recommend this pastry shop, both for the excellent cakes and pastries, but also for the kindness and friendliness! I'd already stopped by here when a loved one had an operation at the nearby hospital, and it was truly reassuring to know there was a place where I could eat gluten-free in complete safety. The gluten-free products are from Brio Bakery. The pastry shop staff is kind and attentive. Today I ate two mini pizzas and a mini tart, all safe and delicious. Thank you so much for the service. Also, despite being a pastry shop, they maintain continuous hours, which is very convenient. Well done!

In my personal opinion, it's not a gem, and I'm honestly sorry to have to write such a review. A pastry shop that could focus heavily on the quality of its ingredients, on a reduced ingredient list to make its products balanced in sugar content, more authentic and digestible. My daughter rarely leaves a dessert. Certainly, "de gustibus" applies, but the balance between well-crafted ingredients (if quality) contributes to objectively appreciable products. Pastry shops, especially in small towns, should be the flagships of authenticity and Made in Italy. Even more so if they're close to a hospital that, unfortunately, receives patients from all over Italy. From this point on, this is a response to my first review (it's impossible to do otherwise on Google or Tripadvisor): let's start from the assumption that taste is subjective, but in your case, the feedback was unanimous among three people. The presence of sweetness "in the throat" is excessive. For example, if you ate the vegan cake with your eyes closed, you could only taste the sweetness but it was impossible to decipher the ingredients. Sugar and fat also affect digestibility (the heavy effect is noticeable). One final note: taste varies depending on your habits, and as we all know from statistics, the consumption of processed, fatty, and sugary foods is always popular. Good luck!

A pleasant surprise. We stopped in almost by chance, but as soon as we entered, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and the wide selection of sweet and savory pastries. Over the next few days, we returned several times to sample the various types of brioche. What can I say? Each one is better than the last, super easy and beautifully presented. The quality of the products is truly top-notch. It's now become a must-visit for us every time we visit Negrar. I forgot to mention the incredibly friendly owner, who we occasionally meet, and who cheers us up with a smile and a joke. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had the opportunity to taste the products of Pasticceria La Perla, both sweet and savory. I must say I was particularly impressed by the quality of the products, beautiful to look at but above all delicious to taste. The raw materials used to make the products are top-quality, and the result is a tasty, delicious, and highly digestible product. The atmosphere is clean, tidy, and comfortable.
