Superb welcome, authentic and attentive service.
Interesting dishes, both land and sea.
I recommend the tasting menu (available in meat or fish versions) which, with smaller portions, offers a tasty journey for the palate.
Good tiramisu.
Convenient to be able to book via WhatsApp too.

We came from Turin (my wife and I) to take a walk in the center of Pinerolo and stopped to eat at the Perbacco restaurant.
Food: excellent quality. We took the land menu. Delicious and served to perfection.
Location very well looked after in detail.
The service was practically perfect. The girls explained each dish to us and were very kind. They put us at ease.
The bill was low compared to what was eaten, both in terms of quantity and quality.
I recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in the center of Pinerolo.
We will return with the rest of the family

We had dinner at this restaurant. The staff is very helpful and welcoming; we chose the land tasting and all the dishes were excellent including the desserts! We highly recommend it!

4 of us had dinner. Nothing to criticize about the service of the girl in the dining room, decent food, very good tuna. We took 4 fish tasting menus, small portions, you can finish them easily. Consumed 2 bottles of wine, bitters, 44 euros each. The only negative note and not of little importance: at the end of the dinner at 11.30 pm, the chef enters the room and with elegance (his) invites us to leave the restaurant with an unfortunate statement "we too have a house"; we had simply and politely said that we were getting up... There is a way to say things, we are adults and we would have understood.
Result, a dinner that left a bitter taste in our mouths.
4 stars become 3, it's a real shame!

Excellent experience in this place in the historic center of Pinerolo, we had lunch with a meat and fish tasting menu, fair portions well presented and served, the bread and pressed breadsticks were also excellent. I also recommend it for the friendliness of the owner.

Ormai ci riteniamo clienti abituali e ogni volta che ci capita di transitare o venire a Pinerolo e d'obbligo fermarci da Perbacco Ci riconoscono al telefono quando prenotiamo il tavolo e sempre accolti nel migliore dei modi eccellente la loro cucina dagli antipasti ai secondi cucina curata e sopratutto genuina e buona con una buona scelta porzioni abbondanti tanto che spesso chiedo la porzione ridotta servizio veloce e cortese per noi ormai e un punto di riferimento complimenti per tutto e un semplice arrivederci a presto

Ormai possiamo ritenerci di casa in questo locale dove la gentilezza e la cortesia sono all'ordine del giorno perfetti in tutto dalla accoglienza che ci viene ogni volta offerta ottima e abbondante curata nei minimi particolare la buona cucina che il gran chef Richy offre con ogni giorno con delle ottime varianti quotidiane .
Ormai ci riconoscono dalla voce quando si fa prenotazione e un tavolo c'è sempre per noi e questo ci riempie di gioia ottimo e buono il prezzo ormai ci riteniamo clienti affezionati grazie ancora per tutto super consigliato
