Just a business lunch, but everything was excellent, I had a single dish with a fresh and tasty salad, really delicate beef tartare and a good vitel tonné, seasoned with kind staff and punctual service. Thank you

Excellent welcome, prompt and helpful staff, the dishes are of excellent quality and well presented. Assortment of sea and land satisfies the most demanding palates. We will definitely be back.

Ate for lunch alone. Friendly service, minimal waiting times, very good food, exceptional tiramisu, absolutely advantageous price! My most sincere compliments. Place to mark, when you are in the area, as your favourite!

Ormai ci riteniamo clienti abituali e ogni volta che ci capita di transitare o venire a Pinerolo e d'obbligo fermarci da Perbacco Ci riconoscono al telefono quando prenotiamo il tavolo e sempre accolti nel migliore dei modi eccellente la loro cucina dagli antipasti ai secondi cucina curata e sopratutto genuina e buona con una buona scelta porzioni abbondanti tanto che spesso chiedo la porzione ridotta servizio veloce e cortese per noi ormai e un punto di riferimento complimenti per tutto e un semplice arrivederci a presto

02/03/2025: Nice and homely atmosphere, attentive service, at times a little chaotic, truly excellent food! The tortelli and agnolotti are highly recommended: huge and with lots of fillings!
22/02/2025: After visiting the cinema museum inside the Mole Antonelliana in the morning, 50 meters from it we found this very nice restaurant, we were welcomed very kindly even though we hadn't booked, the owner did his utmost to illustrate his typical Piedmontese cuisine to us, he advised us on both food and wine, everything was wonderful!! B We ate and drank even better!!! The price for everything was very honest!!!! Definitely recommended,!!!!
