Perbacco In Pergine valdarno

We stayed in the area for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our daily morning routine of cappuccino's and cornetto's from Perbacco. The dinner is also amazing and a must try if you are looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine

Splendid view of the valley, warm welcome, compliments to the chef. Only complaint: we would have liked to see some more traditional Tuscan dishes.

Absolutely top also has, what many people don't know, a small shop where you can do cheap shopping from 6:30 a.m.

We had a delicious meal at Ristorante Perbacco - Cucina Tipica Italiana. Authentic Italian dishes prepared with great flavor and care. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine and a pleasant evening out.

An atmospheric location with a beautiful view. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

We had the pleasure of tasting their dishes during our son Gabriele's first communion: they were our caterer. What can I say? We were very impressed by the quality of the ingredients used, the refinement of the dishes, and the attention to detail. Each plating fully captured all our senses: from the look of the freshly served dish, to the taste of the palate (each dish a delight), to the crispiness of the speck, and the aroma as soon as we put our fork to our mouths. The serenity with which they brought our dishes, the kindness in fulfilling all our requests, and the silence that could be heard from the kitchen confirmed the excellent choice we had made. You are truly a great team: I would choose you 1,000 times over. Thank you because you not only impressed us but also all our guests; no one complained, in fact, they even got more.
