Peperino Pizza & Grill In Verona

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! We stumbled upon it almost by chance, with limited time to attend a concert at the Arena. It was a flawless evening: a lovely place, fast and friendly service, and simply excellent pizzas! It's impossible to ask for more! Well done, we'll be back just for the pleasure of trying another delicious pizza!

In addition to the rather irritated and inattentive staff, we were unfortunately not impressed by the pizza, which my companion and I had a substantial pool of oil on it. The nonchalant way they slammed the drinks in cans onto the table also doesn't help the service. There are gluten-free options, which is a positive, but there are probably better places in Verona to enjoy gluten-free pizza. Still, the incomparable ambiance, of course, when Zucchero starts playing in the arena during the meal—that saved it. All in all, it's fine, but for us, there's no reason to come back.

This restaurant is the city's hidden gem. I, along with a few friends, had pizzas. Once in a blue moon have I eaten such a good pizza. The prices are affordable, and the quantity you get is fairly good. Aside from that, even though the place was packed, they were quick to bring all of our food in under 15 minutes. So if you are planning to eat a pizza at Verona, I would highly recommend it!

Highly recommended! Excellent service, super friendly, and despite it being a Saturday night and the restaurant being full, it was very pleasant. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, with great combinations. A must-try when in Verona.

A very popular pizzeria in the area. They offer both classic Neapolitan pizza and fried pizza. Everything was good, the only complaint was the size of the tables. There were three of us, and the table was for one, two people maximum. Since there was hardly anyone there and almost all the tables were empty, they could have given us a little more space! Prices are quite high...

Excentrée de la plaides arènes , mais juste à côté au calme. Bonnes pizzas, service rapide. Nous y sommes allés 2 soirs de suite. Desserts très bons . Elle doit être très connu car des clients venaient sans s’arrêter !

Esperábamos grandes cosas de la comida en Verona. Esta fue una comida muy promedio aquí. La ubicación del restaurante es genial. Justo al final de la carretera desde el Verona Arena. Nuestro servidor era extremadamente inexperto y no sabía lo que estaba haciendo. No hablaba ni una palabra de inglés. Ni una palabra. No la estoy culpando a ella o a este lugar, pero esta es una zona turística donde mucha gente habla inglés. Ella quería ponernos todo el camino en la parte trasera del comedor junto a los baños. Pedí sentarme al frente. Lamentablemente solo tenían una mesa más grande (4) para nosotros dos. El propietario / gerente dijo al servidor que estaba bien, así que nos sentamos allí. Mi esposa le preguntó al servidor sobre el pollo a la parrilla, si era o no carne de pechuga. No tenía ni idea y tuvo que preguntarle al cocinero. Volvió y señaló su muslo. -Está bien. Mi esposa ordenó Parm de berenjena. Pedí la Pasta Carbonara y le pregunté al servidor si tenía el tocino o el projuto, para asegurarme por supuesto. Una vez más, ella no podía responder. Pedimos 2 cervezas pequeñas a 4 euros cada una y ella vuelve con las cervezas grandes a 7 euros cada una. Le dije que no, que queríamos a los pequeños. Tuvo que volver con el dueño para contarle lo que pasó. Dijo que nos diera los vasos más pequeños. Desafortunadamente, no sirven cerveza italiana aquí. Eso es un verdadero shock. Nos dieron Tuborg, o algo así. No me gustó pero mantuve la boca cerrada. ¡Qué experiencia! En todas partes de Italia teníamos buenos servidores con los que podíamos comunicarnos de una manera u otra.
