Franco is a genius. He cares about his customers. We've tried six different pizzas, including his famous Marguerita Sblagliatta. The quality of the dough is evident from miles away.

Given the great publicity for this place, we rushed there with friends to try the pizza.
Having booked in May for July, we honestly expected less waiting at the door. Incidentally, there was a kind, sarcastic lady at the door!!!
The reservation was for 8:15 PM, but they seated us at 9:30 PM!
The pizza was excellent, nothing to complain about, but honestly, having driven 30 km, I wouldn't go back!

I haven't tried the hotel, but I can assure you that the journey through flavors and tasting the pizzas is absolutely worth a visit to the restaurant. A triumph of flavor, goodness, and lightness.

Disclaimer: if you think you are a pizza connoisseur then please visit this place - it will blow your mind!! The guy is not just a chef/pizzaiolo but a true artist that went against the "religion" of pizza and made art using creativity and love💖
We finally made it to Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My partner and I went for the tasting menu, which was a great way to experience the creativity and skill that Franco Pepe is known for.
I am not gonna list every single dish we had - you can look at the pictures or better go and try yourself :) all I am gonna say about the food is that is made with the freshest ingredients and the perfect combination between them.
Throughout the meal, we were impressed not only by the flavor but by how each dish told a story. It wasn’t just a pizza tasting – it felt like a journey through local ingredients, techniques, and Franco Pepe’s imagination. Service was friendly and professional, and the pacing between courses was spot on.
If you’re a pizza lover looking for something beyond the usual, the tasting menu here is a must. It’s refined without being pretentious, innovative but rooted in tradition. We'll be talking about this meal for a long time.

Nulla da dire.
Le pizze più buone che abbiamo mai mangiato.
Leggerissime nell’impasto e mai sentito così tanto sapore negli ingredienti di una pizza.
Prezzo dei menu degustazione assolutamente coerente con l’esperienza, anche perché sono tanti tranci di pizza e non si resta per niente con la fame.

Cinque stelle sono decisamente poche, ma è il massimo che posso mettere.
Mancavo da diversi anni in questa pizzeria, ci sono stato di recente ma devo dire che ha mantenuto i suoi alti standard che l’hanno resa famosa anni fa.
Accoglienza perfetta, siamo entrati 5 minuti dopo l’orario stabilito dalla prenotazione.
Personale gentile e garbato, con il Maestro Franco Pepe che girava tra le varie sale per rassicurarsi che andasse tutto bene.
Consiglio in particolare il Ciro, un cono di pizza fritta. Come pizza ho preso invece la “scarpetta”, una delle sei specialità. Devo dire che è una delle cose più buone che io abbia mai mangiato.
Buona anche la pizza a libretto.
Ne vale assolutamente la pena, è il top!
