Why can't you review the pizzeria? The default setting is bed and breakfast. However, the pizza party turned into an experience. Excellent ingredients starting from the basics. Brand created with great intelligence. I would take everything back from start to finish and I have already booked a new blitz in a few months. I would only suggest, for example, offering desserts that are not pizza-based. We tasted everything from cones to desserts made entirely of pizza dough and in the end, for my tastes, I would have liked to have had a different choice. However, the staff was very good and very kind, which is not a given for a place that is so popular.

Good pizza (average, nothing extraordinary.. I had much higher expectations), good fried food and excellent desserts.
It will certainly be a coincidence, but I happened to have bad digestion right after eating there, even though I ate relatively little (a marinara, two panzerotti, and a small dessert split in two).
The waiting staff was a bit rude, very listless and distracted. On the contrary, the welcome outside was very cordial!
The place is very far away and "out of the way" in a small town with a limited traffic area and little parking.

Pizzeria to visit at least once in your life. Fantastic experience, even though it is a two hour drive from home, we go there every three or four months because it is absolutely worth it.

Cinque stelle sono decisamente poche, ma è il massimo che posso mettere.
Mancavo da diversi anni in questa pizzeria, ci sono stato di recente ma devo dire che ha mantenuto i suoi alti standard che l’hanno resa famosa anni fa.
Accoglienza perfetta, siamo entrati 5 minuti dopo l’orario stabilito dalla prenotazione.
Personale gentile e garbato, con il Maestro Franco Pepe che girava tra le varie sale per rassicurarsi che andasse tutto bene.
Consiglio in particolare il Ciro, un cono di pizza fritta. Come pizza ho preso invece la “scarpetta”, una delle sei specialità. Devo dire che è una delle cose più buone che io abbia mai mangiato.
Buona anche la pizza a libretto.
Ne vale assolutamente la pena, è il top!

We opted for the EVOLUTION tasting menu (€70 per person) and were very satisfied with it. Each slice is spectacular for the palate with a truly balanced balance between flavours, textures and colors that explodes in the mouth.
We booked 3 months before and despite the reservation we had to wait outside, but we expected it and it was absolutely not a critical issue. We ate on the terrace and the location is worth a lot but you can't choose it in advance because it depends a bit on how the tables become available. We will definitely be back because it's worth it!
The sweet slices are also delicious
