A historic, high-end restaurant that now boasts a new, fresh, and almost more "intelligent" feel. Accustomed to classic, top-quality restaurants for decades, I tried the new "tapas" formula. I started out a bit skeptical, but after the first three courses I was already convinced. Basically, you eat many different dishes, but in just the right quantities (not small, just right!), allowing you to fully savor the cuisine I was used to. Plus, it's absolutely more than reasonable. More than "tapas," the classic small plates you find in Spanish bars, here you have the opportunity to truly sample local products, especially seasonal ingredients that guarantee the high quality of the dish. Finally, a place like this in Brindisi.
