The service was great, and the food was okay overall. Unfortunately, as a steak lover, I was surprised to receive a breaded steak. It might have been my mistake, even though I had ordered a medium-rare steak. I still wasn't informed that it was a breaded steak, meaning it wasn't medium at all, but rather raw in the center. The ambiance, however, was great.

Beautiful place and fantastic food.
It's a little hard to see from the street, and you might walk right past it without noticing, but it's definitely worth seeking out.

Excellent choice
The trattoria is located on a side street in Gavi; the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly yet highly professional. But the best part is the food. First of all, the selection is wide and varied, ranging from Piedmontese dishes like Fassona beef tartare to ravioli al plin or taiarin, to traditional Ligurian cuisine: everything is delicious, refined, and high-quality. So, we had a great time, and we spent a fair amount of money.

Overall, not bad, with dishes that tended towards Ligurian-Piedmontese, executed quite well. The ravioli pasta was slightly overcooked, while the meats were more precise. The dessert was opulently sweet. Prices weren't exactly affordable, but they were acceptable.
I didn't appreciate the attempt to pass off an unsolicited appetizer, citing the alleged wait times, which were otherwise perfectly normal.

I had dinner at Peccati di Gola this evening and everything was excellent. The food quality really stood out from start to finish. The starters were full of flavour and clearly prepared with care, and the desserts were absolutely delicious — a perfect way to end the meal. Service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. The atmosphere felt warm and authentic, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell this is a place that values good ingredients, good cooking, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
