A table overlooking the Itria Valley: that alone deserves 5 stars! Kindness, expertise, simple dishes, and fresh, seasonal ingredients complete the experience. Excellent wine selection. We stopped for a hearty aperitivo and decided to return for dinner for our anniversary. Highly recommended.

We had a great dinner at Pavì! The staff was super friendly and really thoughtful. We were about to order way too much (as usual 😅), but they kindly pointed it out and they were absolutely right. Really appreciated the honesty. The view was stunning, the atmosphere was romantic (but not over the top), and every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell there’s real care in both the kitchen and the service. All in all, a lovely, relaxed evening. Would definitely come back!

Il Pavì Wine Restaurant di Locorotondo è una scelta eccellente per un aperitivo in un’atmosfera incantevole. Ci siamo stati in una assolata domenica di marzo e abbiamo avuto il piacere di sederci all’esterno, godendoci la splendida vista sulla Valle d'Itria. L’offerta di cocktail e vini è di alto livello, e l’Apulian Spritz si è rivelato una scelta straordinaria: fresco, equilibrato e perfetto per accompagnare il momento. Il personale è cordiale e preparato, e il titolare, Ignazio, si distingue per la sua simpatia e disponibilità nel consigliare cocktail e abbinamenti. L’esperienza è stata così piacevole che torneremo sicuramente per scoprire anche le proposte del ristorante. Se cercate un luogo dove rilassarvi con un buon drink e una vista mozzafiato, il Pavì è assolutamente da provare!
