Pause In Milano

26/08/2024: Due to a bad vrbo booking we had to leave bellagio and find a place to stay in milan three days early in the middle of the night. Feeling frustrated and concerned we are going to lose our 980 euros we found this hotel at 70 euros a night. I usually book 5 stars, but due to Formula 1 being in town there was no vacancy. I have to say that I was surprised how well.kept the hotel is. I quite enjoyed the stay. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! So accommodating. Especially the front desk. Paolo and Sara were both so empathetic and went above and beyond with the level of service. Always with a kind smile. I have stayed in 1000 euro/night places many times in my life. But I can't remember ever experiencing such great staff as this humble Holiday inn. I want to personally thank Paolo and Sara for making our stay so pleasant. Oh! Sara also recommended some excelent restaurants to us that were fantastic.

The hotel's location is convenient for drivers as it is close to the highway, but this also means that the surrounding area is rather industrial and doesn't have much charm. A short drive is necessary to visit the city center. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money for those looking for reliable accommodation near Milan.
