We stopped several times at this place right on the lake, both for an aperitif and for a hamburger with our girls. In addition to the food, we appreciated the kindness and attention towards the girls, which is not always a given. Very warm and welcoming environment with a beautiful veranda overlooking the lake.

Ottimo locale a Laveno Mombello, siamo stati in famiglia per un brunch, ottima la qualità dei cibi e dei cocktail , personale solare ed accogliente. Consigliatissimo

Very honest prices (on average €20 each for aperitif + dinner + drink; we spent a maximum of €40 each taking an aperitif, normal bruschetta and with Cantabrian anchovies, hamburgers, 2 drinks each + various drinks and hot chocolate for dessert ), delicious food (their hamburger is exceptional, bruschetta as well, they also have many other delicious ones that we have yet to try), top drinks (and depending on the drinks you take they provide you puzzle coasters to put together that you can take home and they are gorgeous) Very nice place with lake view We often go there on purpose from Varese, trust me you won't regret it

23/05/2025: We celebrated my birthday, there were 6 of us, appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, all very good, then mixed meats cooked very well, and polenta. Mountain hut-like environment, a large lawn that is good for wedding photos, large parking lot, the only problem is the very bumpy and narrow uphill road, and many large potholes unfortunately, with an off-road vehicle it is better.
18/05/2025: Very nice location, well-kept and welcoming. Polite staff and well-prepared dishes! The location is in a quiet area, isolated and not immediately easily accessible, but it can be reached both on foot and by car.

06/05/2025: Great Atmosphere & Friendly Service! The restaurant has a wonderful vibe and the staff were exceptionally friendly, which really made the experience enjoyable. While the food was just okay this time, there’s definitely potential for improvement. One thing to note—if you’re a garlic lover, you might find the flavors a bit mild, as the chef doesn’t use garlic in Spaghetti a la vangole and was tasting too much olive oil / butter. Still, it’s a great place with room to grow, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the menu evolves!
17/04/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Ponte Tresa, beautifully furnished, excellent traditional Italian dishes with interesting and innovative foreign incursions, attentive service. The serving temperature of the wines needs to be reviewed. Found it by chance, we will never forget it, congratulations!
