Pastificio Artigianale Menini In Valeggio sul mincio

Con la famiglia siamo stati in visita a Valeggio e non potevamo non fare scorta di tortellini. La titolare e il personale , del Pastificio Menini, si sono dimostrati ottimi padroni di casa e fantastici commercianti. Ci hanno accolto con simpatia e professionalità soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta e sorprendendoci con l’apertura di un ottimo vino spumante e invitandoci a brindare per celebrare l’incontro. Abbiamo apprezzato l’entusiasmo con cui la signora ci ha raccontato la storia del pastificio trasmettendoci l’amore e la passione per il suo lavoro. Ah… particolare non trascurabile, i prodotti da loro acquistati erano buonissimi!!! Torneremo di sicuro!! Complimenti.

"vita mea mors tua" is exactly what happened this morning, a shop closed without justification and after 20 meters we found another pasta factory where we stocked up. I hope the product is valid and above all good. I'll let you know if the quality is good in an upcoming review.

The stuffed pasta is excellent but if you get the chance I highly recommend the rose cake too... super!
