Cucina Riviera Gelateria In Lazise

We've been coming here since last year and are always thrilled. The food is always delicious – whether it's pizza, pasta, or meat dishes. The quality is excellent. The ice cream sundaes are fantastic, too. The staff is incredibly friendly. We always love coming back!

Delicious ice cream. Sometimes there is a line, but it is worth it. Lots of choice, in a decent location by the harbor.

We went here twice, once for a coffee in the morning, which was very delicious (especially the Caffe con gelato). Once we sat down for an ice cream sundae, but due to a storm we stayed longer than planned and had dinner there too. The waiters were very nice, prepared and helpful. It was very interesting to see how in a place so close to the lake they take down the umbrellas, how they close the otherwise free outdoor terrace and how they make sure that nothing gets wet or gets wet before the storm. Everyone was directed inside beforehand, even though it wasn't even raining yet, and everyone was served politely. The pizzas were surprisingly delicious (special thanks for being able to ask for them cut in half on two separate plates), the ice cream sundaes were delicious and the ice cream was very delicious. Overall, we left with a very good taste, and although the big, well-forecasted storm avoided Lazise that day, it was still a good feeling to see that the physical well-being and comfort of the guests are just as important to the staff as serving them. <3

We had dinner here during our stay in Lazise. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront in the old town, with a beautiful view. The service was friendly, and the food arrived reasonably quickly. I had the steak with mushroom sauce, while my wife ordered the chicken pasta. The steak was tender, although I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked and it arrived somewhere between medium and medium-well. The pasta was cooked well, and the steak itself was ok. Unfortunately, both dishes were lacking flavor. We had to add a generous amount of salt and pepper just to bring out any taste. For a restaurant in such a prime location, we expected much more from the food. Overall, it feels like a restaurant that relies more on its location than on the quality of its cooking. A pleasant experience thanks to the view and service, but the food itself was disappointing and not something we would return for.

A great option for a midday meal!

Beautiful restaurant with a wide selection and a great view of the lake.

Situated on the quay side you have a lovely view of the lake and the waterfront shops and restaurants. Good menu, and food was reasonably tasty with quick service.

We just had ice cream, it was delicious and felt good in this heat.

The location is lakefront, the food is excellent, and the service is attentive. Individually, there's no excellence in the various aspects reviewed, but overall, the experience was excellent.

I personally can't understand the negative reviews at all. The restaurant is simply fantastic. It's a must-visit on every trip to Lazise. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and incredibly delicious food. The pizza, pasta, and especially the ice cream are all delicious. Highly recommended for watching the sunset.
