I have been using Pasticcini e dintorni for a lifetime in practice. But now I have to make a note, a criticism that must be constructive for you and of fundamental importance in order not to lose a customer. This is the second time that the photo I asked to put on the cake is not as I would have liked. The last cake collected yesterday, 06.07.2025 had the photo cut off on the sides (photo that from rectangular was square on the cake). I was sorry because it was a cake for the 3rd birthday of 3 little girls who are very good friends and I made a bad impression on the parents of the other two girls because they saw their daughters cut off in the photo. Since the cake was quite expensive and we also paid for the photo (money that both families put in) and since I have been a customer for many years, I would have expected a minimum of correctness upon delivery, in which it should have been explained, to the mother who came to collect it, the reason for cutting the photo, an excellent quality photo taken with a special program, and not to stay silent and make people pay and goodbye and thank you. I have always trusted Stefano and his professionalism but this time he disappointed me. Making mistakes is human of course, but warning is correctness and professionalism. We expected at least a discount as a refund at least for the photo, which are those 10/15 euros thrown away with an apology attached, for a memory that was fundamental for us. I also asked the sales assistant for a decoration of macarons and marshmallows, something cheerful since it is a cake for little girls, but this did not happen, but I will skip over this for this time. If I ask for a decorative ingredient, however, since I pay it must be added. But let's leave this aside for this time. Last time I didn't review because of the respect I have for your professionalism but this time since it's a cake shared and paid for by others, it was my duty to write what I think for your growth. I won't publish the cake and the photo because there are minors but I can come and show it to you. That's it. I expect at least a refund for the photo and an apology. Avevo bisogno di una torta per un anniversario. Ho chiesto una crostata alla frutta. È stato un successo: squisita, fresca, ricca di frutta di stagione e soprattutto senza gelatina che si solito abbonda in questo tipo di torte. Gustata tra mille elogi. Decisamente soddisfatta!

Today 7/6/2025 I took the cake for my husband for his 50th birthday and I must say that for the umpteenth time I was VERY SATISFIED attentive and very kind staff always ready to fulfill your wishes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, not to mention the goodness
