I go there every now and then, when I'm craving a properly made dessert. I have to say, there's little to argue about the pastries; they're truly delicious, mouth-watering. From the breakfast pastries to the dry pastries, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and their skill. The coffee isn't bad either. There are some delicious savory treats, but you can immediately tell they're making desserts. As for the service... what can I say? Sometimes they greet you with a smile, other times they seem a little rushed, almost aloof. The atmosphere is like a ballroom, and when it's packed it can feel a little stuffy, but it's clean and well-maintained. If you're passing through, a stop is definitely worth it.

Definitely the best pastry shop in Siena for desserts. In fact, they don't have much of a savory option. The cakes, breakfast pastries, and small pastries are delicious. The coffee is also good. Friendly service. Small place. If you're in the area, stop by for breakfast or a dessert. The raisin swirl and cream-filled bombolone are highly recommended.

Good ice creams and a beautiful view of a staircase overlooking Piazza del Campo. Prices are for tourists in the center of Siena...not comparable to the ice cream shop down the street even if the quality is the same.

Yet another pastry shop that tells us that good desserts do not exist in Siena. Always the same things, heavy cakes, pastries that seem old, tasteless creams. Heavy doughs, full of butter. Always the same biscuit layers, filling and icing. Maybe those who eat these types of desserts have never tasted others.

Colazione top, ho preso il loro CASATIELLO ARTIGIANALE, devo dire che era veramente ma veramente buono. consigliato il cremino per colazione, ma qui è veramente tutto ottimo.
