Delicious cookies! The welcome was lovely; the pastry chef took the time to explain everything to us, and since then, we've been enjoying his wide variety of incredibly fresh cookies! The prices are also very reasonable! I highly recommend it!

A hidden gem in Rome!! We got chocolate tart with orange filling, a variety of biscotti and cherry tart. Everything was balanced, naturally flavourful and tasty. Not overly sweet nor too simple, just perfect! The lady was kind and patient with us. She went the extra mile to warmly congratulate me for my birthday and gave a complimentary birthday candle 🤗

BISCOTTIFICIO CIPRIANI. My favorite in this regard. Real artisanal cookies. "Marriage Italian Style" was filmed here, the scene where Loren introduces her three children to Mastroianni. Everything has remained strictly as it was then. They also make an excellent lemon meringue and other desserts.

The legendary Paradiso cake, soft and dusted with powdered sugar, that I used to get before going to Bonghi Elementary School, is unforgettable. It's a joy to see the business still going and to be able to get the same treats for our children.

I'm not a cookie lover, in fact I avoid them altogether, especially the sugary, industrial ones. But when I pass by Colle Oppio, a visit to this shop seems obligatory. You enter a shop from another era, when rushed consumption wasn't the norm, when products weren't all clones and didn't contain dozens of ingredients. I asked to taste a few cookies, and the owner patiently listed the different assortments of the many cookies: butter, chocolate, cinnamon, anise, lemon, and many more. Places like this should be protected, because by making things the traditional way, you often rediscover a lost quality.
