An excellent pastry shop. Where I used to always find my breakfast, lately I've been really disappointed for three days in a row. I went from Fornovo to Treviglio to enjoy my lactose-free breakfast. With the vegan brioche with lactose-free custard and my lactose-free cappuccino, unfortunately there was no lactose-free milk, only soy milk, and then there was no lactose-free custard, not even the vegan brioche, for three days in a row🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🙏🙏

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, a regular destination for us on every holiday. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, even during the busy August holiday week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Speed ​​and courtesy are among their strengths. The pizzas that Paolo and Lara make in the evening are also thin and delicious. Thank you again for this summer of 2023!!! p.s. To customers with pets who feel like they're being punished! because they're seated in the small room facing the counter, I recommend reading the regulations regarding this (in the photo section).
08/03/2026: It's always nice to return to Edelweiss. Typical Brembana cuisine, smiling service, a relaxed approach, and top-notch desserts. It's truly a wonderful place!
