Pasticceria Fiorella In Carvico

Ordered a kilo of pastries for Easter which had to include some types including Sicilian cannoli and puff pastries. When I picked up the tray it was already closed so I didn't see the products it contained. To my unpleasant surprise when it was opened there were neither Sicilian cannoli nor puff pastries so two people didn't eat any pastries since the others didn't like them. I called to say my disappointment at what had happened and in response I was told that perhaps he had been exchanged due to too much work and they also asked for a mobile number. No phone call came and this was not surprising given the lack of professionalism they had in dealing with my order. It was the last time I bought something from this shop and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
