The coffee was excellent, the pastries excellent. There were plenty of customers. However, this shouldn't affect the welcoming atmosphere and customer service. Let me explain. The staff is very efficient, but at times I sensed impatience and intolerance toward customers who were a bit slow in placing orders or going to the cash register. In any case, it's a place worth more than one visit.
