Delicious pastries! The tiny gelato sandwich and delizia pistachio cake were so tasty. And the cannolicchio was perfect! Great coffee too.

The staff seems to ignore you, which is disappointing, as Pasticceria Capello is considered by many to be the best pasticceria in Palermo. But honestly, I don't care. If you're near Palazzo Normanni, go to Pasticceria Capello to enjoy the famous torta setteveli. The cake is delicious — not too sweet, very chocolatey, with a crispy crust and a glossy glaze.

Excellent pastry shop Perfect place to get away from the confusion of the center, I had both breakfast with croissant and coffee and ate something savory and it was all delicious. Friendly staff and nice place, I recommend it!

Great bakery, not very close to the center. Small location with very few tables and no table service. Offers a wide variety of desserts. Bathroom not clean, modern decor.

I visited twice during my stay in Palermo I regret not visiting more The taste of the cannolo, slices of cake and chocolate is fantastic. Also, the espresso and cappuccino are the icing on the cake You can feel the owner's craftsmanship and pride

Abbiamo fatto colazione in 2 pasticcerie Cappello in due zone diverse di Palermo, una vicina a Palazzo Normanni e una vicino al teatro Politeama! Top tutte e due!!🤩😋 Iris insuperabile!! Ottime anche le spremute! Così come la colazione salata! Quindi una garanzia per iniziare nel modo giusto la giornata 😊

Pasticceria proprio dietro il Palazzo dei Normanni con un ottima varietà di dolci tipici. Il cannolo è davvero eccezionale! Prezzi nella media del posto.

19/05/2025: The staff is very kind and frendly. I think they are the ones who own the place. I would give them 10 stars. We drank cocktails, beer and they even did mocktails for the kids. We got a lot of snacks and even olives for free with the drinks. The places has it on charm. Music is AWSOME, they do latina music and 2000s rnb-pop. We where hear on monday night, so we didn’t get to enoy the whole weekend vibe but we had so much fun. Recommend. :)
08/04/2025: The owners are two wonderful people, Simona and Chicco, making you feel at home. The place looks good, delicious cocktails and fun is guaranteed

11/05/2025: Nothing to say about the quality of the products but the fact that they are not organized to package ice cream cakes in such a way that they do not melt during the journey seems unacceptable to me and in what tone was this said to me.
30/04/2025: I often go to eat ice cream at this ice cream shop because the ice cream is excellent!
