Product quality: If there were six stars, I'd give it six. The service is chaotic, though: a certain Salvatore (I heard his name from the kind lady who works there), despite the queue, serves those he knows first, even if they've just entered the shop. I repeat: the sweet, leavened, and savory pastries are excellent, authentic, and original.

We visited this pastry shop several times during our vacation. We tried both the baked and classic cassatas. I had never tried baked cassata, but I especially liked it here because the crust wasn't thick and hard at all, and I found it better that way. The two "setteveli" were delicious, especially the pistachio one, which was very light and not cloying at all. The baba with cream and wild strawberries was also good because the alcohol wasn't overpowering; it was well-balanced. An excellent pastry shop where you can try all the traditional desserts.

During my vacation in Sicily, it was a regular stop for breakfast. Everything was truly delicious. I had the pleasure of trying their traditional Sicilian desserts. The service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended. I will miss their delicacies ❤️

I live nearby for a few days, so I go there every day. Delicious food, great service, except for one sad man... but give me time, he'll eventually start smiling if you smile at him. 😁 A smile begets a smile 😁
I recommend it, and the prices are low, 6 and 10 euros.

Per tutti quelli di buona forchetta la pasticceria Cappello è una meta obbligata, la cucina siciliana è famosa per i dolci e Cappello ha i migliori della città.I dolci oltre a essere preparati da professionisti hanno materie prime eccellenti e la maggior parte tipiche della Sicilia
Colazione imperdibile tra i vicoli di Palermo. Un vero gioiello nascosto che vale la pena visitare e degustare! Scelta vastissima sia dolce che salata.
