15/09/2025: A charming place, both for the restaurant itself and for the spectacular view of Monviso and its mountain range, recently run by a small group (four or five) of young people (all under 25, I'd say), who are capable, courteous, and, given the times, even courageous. The dishes we tasted, mostly traditional Piedmontese, were all highly appreciated for their quality, quantity, and even presentation, more reminiscent of a city restaurant than a mountain restaurant. What more can I say? Congratulations, and let's hope their courage and (undoubted) skill pay off. They deserve it.
