Entering and window shopping gives a great first impression, but a closer look and tasting reveal many critical points.
The prices are higher than average, and the quality of the leavened products is average, neither praise nor disgrace.
There's no table service, which is very unpleasant.
Various selections of cakes and desserts, but all classic, '90s style: the lack of modern cakes and pastries in general is noticeable.
The staff is not very friendly.

So far, one of my favorite bars for my work break. I'd probably prefer a little more savory options, but that's just personal preference. The two ladies are truly brilliant!

The pastries are good, but it's the worst place in Buralli. Breakfast on December 1 was served, and only two of the clerks weren't keeping up with the customers. We waited ages for a pastry, a coffee, and a cappuccino. To pay, there was yet another line because two (slow) workers couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. It's a shame, because it's a nice place. The tables weren't cleaned between customers. I absolutely don't find it pleasant to have to eat and drink where other people's cups are placed. In my opinion, the quality has dropped, and I'm just talking about this place.

Made a stop on our way to Florence. Absolutely lovely pastries, cookies, paninis and coffee. Prices are so reasonable.
