A historic pastry shop in Pesaro. The place is fairly classic. Everything is good, both sweet and savory, but nothing is memorable or exceptional. The Rossini pizza is a must-try.

An excellent pastry shop in the heart of Pesaro. The cream tart is divine, as are the Neapolitan sfogliatella. The coffee is also good. A place we'll definitely return to.

A good pastry shop, without a doubt, with one flaw. Despite the numerous tables available, there's never a seat because too many people occupy the seats, even long after breakfast itself, without caring about those waiting hopefully for a spot to open up so they can enjoy a coffee too. The staff should point this out and rotate the tables so everyone is satisfied.

Historic Pastry Shop: pastry making tradition for 104 years. The cream that fills profiteroles, bridges, tarts, canapés and chestnuts is sublime. The photo is of a 16th century church in front of the pastry shop in Corso XI Settembre in the center of Pesaro. Curiously, it seems to me that the Alberini Pasticceria in Via Nitti also has another church in front but from the 20th century...

31/10/2025: Truly a unique experience! Rossini Bistrot deserves it: if I could reward them, I'd give them all the Michelin stars. The location is a perfect mix of retro and modern. Impeccable service: friendly, helpful, and truly professional staff. The food is excellent; every dish is a true work of art. It was wonderful to be able to observe the work in the kitchen: precision, passion, and attention to every detail in the preparation of delicate flavors. One of the best places in Pesaro, where the food is truly delicious. I felt truly wonderful. Highly recommended. Congratulations to all the staff! I will definitely be back with great pleasure.
