Delicious pasta, friendly service

Dining in Matera is an unmissable stop for those who love well-made pasta! We tried two first courses: the orecchiette with turnip greens and crusco pepper and the cavatelli with sauce with mushrooms and sausage. Both dishes were simply exquisite, with authentic flavors and very fresh ingredients. We accompanied everything with some bread balls, a very pleasant surprise! The place is small, with only outdoor tables, but this makes it perfect for a quick and informal lunch. It's a bit reminiscent of a fast food restaurant, but with the quality of traditional cuisine. The service is very fast: our dishes arrived in about 10 minutes, without sacrificing taste or presentation in the slightest.

Bonito lugar, buena pasta, se puede elegir entre 6 - 8 platos. Rápidamente servido, ubicación justo en la plaza principal de Matera. Los Spritz que hemos bebido eran razonablemente baratos, sin embargo, sobre todo debido a la baja calidad del alcohol utilizado para hacerlo.
