04/07/2026: My experience was a bit underwhelming overall and became more disappointing when the bill arrived.
Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, including three-star kitchens, I wasn’t expecting every course to be mind-blowing. However, I felt the meal fell short, particularly in the small bites. While they demonstrated excellent technique and variety, many of them felt more like fillers than intentional, creative, and memorable courses.
The service was absolutely exceptional, and both the risotto and the pigeon were outstanding. Those were genuine highlights of the meal.
What ultimately affected my impression most was the value. The tasting menu is advertised at €130 per person. Only my wife had the €70 wine pairing, I had a single glass of wine, we shared sparkling water, and we finished with two espressos. Our final bill came to approximately €550. Since the bill was in Italian, I’m not entirely sure how it reached that amount. Had the meal been truly unforgettable, I wouldn’t have minded paying it. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t justify what worked out to roughly €270 per person.
Overall, the restaurant delivers excellent service and strong technical execution, but for me it wasn’t a memorable enough dining experience to justify the final price.
23/06/2026: We chose the tasting menu, which was truly delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the price of a glass of wine is exorbitant: €24 for a small glass of rosé... €20 for sparkling wine as an aperitif. I should have checked the prices on the menu before letting the waiter guide me. Otherwise, a very nice experience.
