A special and distinctive place distinguished by its courtesy, helpfulness, kindness, and the sheer quality of every dish. Excellent after a mountain outing, but also perfect for lunch or dinner. The appetizers are delicious; fried pecorino is my favorite. The first courses are exceptional: handmade ravioli, gnocchi, and pappardelle with ancient grains. The second courses are excellent, with excellent meats, especially the tender stew and the sliced steak with porcini mushrooms and must. The wine selection is excellent. A place I always love to return to, feeling right at home, and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

We've been meaning to try this lovely restaurant in Casamaina for years. We finally made it last Friday, and I must say we had a wonderful time.
The restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, the service is punctual and attentive, and above all, all the food we tried was excellent.
A mountain appetizer for two with top-quality local products, a pecorino cheese in kataifi pastry to die for, fried lamb, and tasty, perfectly cooked arrosticini. The fresh chicory was also delicious.
I thank the owner for his exquisite courtesy, and I'm happy to recommend Pasqualina to everyone.

Dinner with friends, a complete success. Stunning attention to detail. Fabulous appetizers; you can see the work behind them from a mile away. The tripe deserves a special mention. Traditional first courses revisited with an excellent twist. Pinnicchi alla amatriciana, both delicate and lively.
