I like this restaurant. The atmosphere is okay-ish, little empty and there’s no one to greet you at the door, but when the hostess came and was really nice and attentive, even folded my napkin when I went to the bathroom.
The food was a lot so definitely don’t eat before that, the whole experience was about 3 hours. I liked the starters but the mains was lacking which was sad :<. The desserts were okay, nothing outstanding, loved the wines and the explanation behind each.
Hated the green pasta though, extremely extremely bitter ;<>

A cena con dei colleghi lavoro, abbiamo mangiato portate di un menù unico. I piatti hanno un'ottima presentazione e anche gusti e sapori eccellenti. Materie prime di qualità. Il personale, ovviamente, molto professionale e la location è fantastica. Essendo ospite non posso recensire il costo. Merita una seconda visita.

The starters and entrees were fine and also adapted for vegetarians, but the main course was scandalous for a vegetarian variant by simply leaving out the meat that the others received and only serving onion. Really impossible.

Really great. Refined cuisine that does not involve any showmanship and would still (or therefore) have been worth a second Michelin star at any time. Attentive, knowledgeable service, excellent wine pairing.

Este restaurante estaba muy cerca de nuestro AirBnb y vi esto cuando se mira la zona local. También nos lo recomendó nuestro anfitrión, que siempre es genial para obtener una recomendación local.
El lugar era fantástico e íntimo. La comida y el vino coincide con. El personal era muy conocedor del vino y la comida.
Nos gustaría volver si volvemos a Apulia.

I had heard so much about it. I necessarily had to stop there.
It is not easy to take the helm of the restaurant of a totem of Apulian cuisine. Antonello did it with his team and continues his journey towards the firmament of starred restaurants.
The route is consistent with the territory and brings a lot of imagination and some contamination to Puglia. Competent and friendly staff. Relaxing and Apulian environment. We were there on Sunday and I felt the sensations of Sunday, without baked pasta or meat sauce of course.
I will happily return. I thank everyone for the experience.
