We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef.
One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

Tasting from €170 per person. Some dishes were delicious, others were good, and others I didn't like! The service needs to improve to live up to the star, and the cuisine needs more maturity! Overall, a fairly positive experience.

While we stay in Puglia, we also take this opportunity to try a Michelin place.
It’s inside a Masseria, the Masseria is really pretty and recently open for business.
The food is great, service is really attentive, nothing to complain about.
We had a great night there.

An enchanting, elegant, and evocative location, it takes you on a true journey of flavors. I had the pleasure of enjoying a carefully crafted vegan menu, worthy of a gourmet experience. Amazing place it sinks you into the story it tells through the food. I’d love to try the other menu, because today was went with the classic one. Also would love to try the wine pairing it was noon so it was to early for drinking so much but I’d definitely love to try the whole experience one day. Overall amazing place and I highly recommend it.

Michelin Sterne-Küche mit klarem Bezug zur kulinarischen Tradition der Region. Sehr hochwertige regionale Grundprodukte - u.a. Monokultivar "Coratina" evo von Mimì! Die Küche arbeitet handwerklich perfekt und der hochkompetente Service ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Auch die Weinauswahl gefällt sehr!
