Excellent, highly recommended. Very nice rooms in a beautiful setting.

Evening wedding....beautiful location, friendly staff, and excellent food....shame about the toilets that don't flush...careful maintenance would be a good idea.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take full advantage of the services offered due to my work schedule, but breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and the staff was very kind and professional.

It was fabulous for me! A quiet place, surrounded by greenery, I truly relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed one night at the end of August 2025, and unfortunately, I have to say it fell short of my expectations. We arrived in the evening and there was a wedding, so this created some chaos while parking the car and some loud music (they were allowed to stay until 2 a.m.). When we went up to our room, there wasn't enough water for a shower. We notified them, and after a while, they fixed the problem. I can't fault the kindness of the lady at reception, who immediately took action to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the property doesn't have a bar or restaurant. The breakfast was decent. The room wasn't the one in the photo, with a very basic iron bed. It didn't have shutters, so the window was closed all night, especially since it was on the street, making it difficult to sleep without noise. In conclusion, I wasn't satisfied. I expected much more, so I won't be returning.

A beautiful property full of history and character, where we spent a few relaxing days: we loved it both inside and out. The suite was very spacious, practically a double room plus a balcony. It was spotlessly clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only negative was the whirlpool tub: when filling it, the water turned a blue-green color, probably due to some reason related to the whirlpool system itself (the water from the other taps was fine). According to the hotel, it was just a lighting issue. However, we didn't use the tub, as the shower is in the other half of the room. The location is convenient for a few excursions (we went to Assisi and two nearby festivals).

We stayed here for 4 nights, my daughter, my husband, and I. Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area and beyond. 12 km from Assisi, 20 minutes from Perugia, 45 minutes from Rasiglia, and about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Marmore Falls. The room was clean, some things were a little dated, like the air conditioning, but otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was varied, but I would add a proper coffee machine, because cappuccino can be obtained from an automatic machine abroad; in Italy, it has to be made properly. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful stay at this beautiful and relaxing property. The junior suite is fully equipped but perhaps a little dated. Breakfast is good, though not particularly varied. The staff are friendly and almost invisible. The location is convenient for exploring the entire beautiful area. The pool is clean, despite, I believe, some technical issues with the filtration system, and the sunbeds are adequate for the number of guests. There were a few too many mosquitoes in the grounds. Excellent value for money. Would I return? Yes, I would.

Difficile non sbagliare una mossa al ristorante, ma loro ci sono riusciti. TUTTO PERFETTO, mantenendo prezzi proporzionati e coerenti con il posizionamento commerciale. Ad esempio il pesce da me ordinato se lo avessero cucinato altre 10 volte in sequenza forse non sarebbe risultato ugualmente perfetto da quanto lo era quanto mi è stato servito: morbido, mai stopposo e mantenendo adeguata umidità in cottura. Ora dovete solo "Provare per credere"
