The waiters are very kind, polite, and courteous, speaking softly and politely. But that alone wouldn't make me return. The food, in terms of price, flavor, and portion size, is outrageous: each appetizer averages €30, the first courses even more, each glass of wine €10, and desserts at least €10.
They should definitely make slightly larger portions, and the flavor of the various dishes (tagliatelle with shrimp and gnocchi with octopus carbonara) didn't leave any lasting impressions that would make us want to return or recommend it. Sorry!

Excellent restaurant in Porto Rotondo: fresh and very tasty seafood, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere on the marina.
Prices...expensive, but you get excellent seafood in a very expensive area.

Poco da dire: periodicamente ceniamo al Paramare e la qualità del menù si attesta sempre su ottimi livelli. Atmosfera tranquilla (defilato sul porto turistico) e carta di vini molto ampia.
