Well done Ada!!! One of the very rare places in Valdarno, where the chef experiments, proposes himself, and gives something of himself to others, expressing himself with a dish. The tasting menu naturally offers a much broader range of flavors than the courses. Certainly more challenging for those who cook, but also decidedly more satisfying for those who taste. Furthermore, Ada is an exquisite person, available to talk about herself and explain her creations. A more than advisable restaurant, for its environment, service (delicate, very kind, prepared and present) and atmosphere. See you soon 🥰

Ada, Chef, fa della qualità della materia prima utilizzata unità ad una Sapienza del Fare, con i giusti toni il suo biglietto.
Nei piatti si sente la Sua “veracità “ il piacere di far scoprire o riscoprire sapori ed abbinamenti della tradizione partenopea, con un’eleganza innata, come lo splendido locale.

We enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu (€65 pp) and it was exquisite. Great looking dishes, surprising ingredients, a wonderful journey for the taste buds. We asked for matching wines with every course, and she did a wonderful job. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than a ‘regular restaurant’, but in our humble opinion you get your money’s worth. If you’re looking for ‘something special’, this is it.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening. The food was okay: nothing exceptional, but still acceptable. Unfortunately, the experience was compromised by very slow service; we waited three hours before being served. The welcome from the staff also left something to be desired, as they were not particularly friendly. Furthermore, the prices are not exactly advantageous. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
